If I could give Dr Pascarella 10 stars I would. I have never been to a dentist who cared more about the comfort of his patients. They have chairs that massage your back while you get your work done, heated blankets, heated pillows & mini chapstick cause we all know how dry your lips get from getting stretched. My daughter's favorite part is the free Starbucks frappacions in the lobby. I love the bottled water. All of their staff members are extremely friendly, attentive, and accomodating to whatever needs you may have. Mixed with all the latest technology I really don't know why someone would go anywhere else. My 14 yr old daughter told all of her friends about her experience at the dentist???!!!! My whole family is thrilled with them.

I took my daughter in to see Dr Heinzen per the recommendation of a friend. Both Dr Heinzen and the hygienist, Nicci, were exceptional with her. She has had two previous negative experiences with another dentist so her anxiety runs high once she gets into an exam chair. They both went above and beyond to ensure my daughter was comfortable. They were incredibly kind, thorough, and patient with us both. The front office staff was equally as lovely, patient, and detailed when it came to explaining our insurance policy, and her treatment plan. We are so happy to have found our way to this dental group. Thank you!

Dr Pascarella came highly recommended and I was pleasantly surprised that he and his staff exceeded my expectations. They are following CDC guidelines regarding Covid-19 the best that I have seen anywhere. The doctor and staff are all personable and caring. They are very informative with what they are going to do and with does and don't regarding your teeth. My 2 front teeth caps look better than my own teeth ever did. Thank you, Dr Pascarella.

I so love this office.. they have helped me so much and giving me direction and what’s best for my teeth so I could chew again..after a battle an infection and had to have multiple teeth removed.. Dr Moore has managed to give me a new smile.. not over night but a plan and the plan worked.. I couldn’t afford implants at this time but he made it manageable for me to go to plan B with explanation of what o could do in the future but this plan works for now.. he is the nicest, kindest dentist I have ever had.. thank you Dr Moore and Staff.. Ps Kim you are as sweet As could be.. thank you too!

My family and I have been going to see Dr. Heinzen at Moore & Pascarella for over a year now. Each appointment has been a great experience and my kids (now ages 9, 7, and 5) look forward to going. We value the excellent work, friendly staff, and newest technologies. Highly recommend this office and Dr. Heinzen!

I have been to four Dentist before I made an appointment with Moore & Pascarella. I found Dr. Enos Heinzen, DDS and Amy and I was shocked at the compassion they showed me. I am currently trying to come up with the money needed to fix my dental problem. For several years I put my Grandson David's Dental needs ahead of my own. I have raised David since the age of 1. Now that he graduated from High School and has an occupation as a manager of 2 Verizon stores in Santa Monica. I am now 70 years old and I have found that I need $4,330 of dental work done. I am retired from the State of California and I always thought our insurance was good. I have now discovered Delta Dental is NOT current with the cost of living and does not cover my Dental needs. I could not believe the compassion I felt from this Dental group. I highly recommend this business for your Dental needs. Every dentist I went to before seeing Dr. Heinzen made me feel ashamed of my teeth and they cared only for what money they could make off me. I cried for the first time in 25 years. Their compassion and care was overwhelming. Thank you for your kindness!

The employees here are extremely responsive and helpful. They respond quickly to any concerns I have. Yesterday I felt like I was leaving a spa after the warm towel with essential oils that they give after certain appointments :D

They were caring and understanding about my uncertainties, and both the staff and the doctor went out of their way to answer all of my questions. They seemed dedicated to serving me, not just to the business they're doing, and I could not have asked for a better experience.

From being greeted at the door, being examined in the back, and being helped out at the front desk, everyone was polite, knowledgeable, and helpful. I felt welcomed and was never nervous nor felt rushed. Kudos to the kind souls here!
