The staff are wonderful but billing department will not do an accurate job with your insurance company and end up costing you more than expecting to pay. Nice office and staff just expect to pay up.

I went for my first time to this office and my experience was amazing. Lori was very thorough and went above and beyond my expectations. I went in for a teeth cleaning and came out educated on how I can better clean and take care of my own teeth. The staff is very friendly and warm. I love going to the dentist! 😁 How many people can say that? Dr. PASCARELLA is very kind and efficient. Lori is an amazing hygienist! They are always prompt and up front about your care. Never pushy. I highly recommend.

Went in for a cleaning and x-rays. Susie, the Hygienist, was great! She was friendly, thorough, and gentle (don't always get all that.) However I was shocked, to say the least, when it came time to pay. At the time I made my appointment, I had been quoted, "Approximately $250," for the procedure; the total came to $380!! This was a very basic, easy, no issue cleaning, and I'm a cash-pay client (no insurance,) so I certainly wasn't prepared for such an exorbitant fee. I really like this office - I got my Invisaligns from them - but I'm afraid I'll have to go elsewhere for regular dental care.

This is a long post, I'm sorry!
I started going back to this dental group of last year July 2021 due to getting dental insurance again. From just entering into the building the front ladies welcome you with a smile and a "good morning" all the time. The front ladies make you feel very welcome and are always there over phone and in person to answer any questions you may have. In the back-the dental hygienists , to dental assistants, and the dentists-are AMAZING! The dental hygienists are so warm and welcoming and they are always making sure you are comfortable at your visit. They have great bedside manners and they always listen to whatever concerns you may have. I've only met Dr. Pascarella and he is my dentist. Words can not describe how amazing of a person he is! He listens to whatever concerns that you may have on your dental health and he addresses them without pushing you or trying to sell you on anything. If you are someone who is kind of forgetful like me, well don't worry! This dental group will send you via texts and even emails for reminder appointments, which I find very convenient. If you are looking for a dental group I definitely recommend contacting this dental office! They will work with whatever financial problem you have. :)

My first visit was an amazing experience! Dr. Heinzen and hygienist Heather were attentive and friendly, and took such intentional effort to make me feel cared for. Each and every staff member I interacted with was delightful! Never thought I would actually look forward to going back to a dentist’s office, haha!
