I had a fabulous experience at the Redding location recently. My hygienist, Nicci, was gentle and super responsive to my anxiety and concerns; she always kept my comfort as the top priority, and she did a fantastic and thoughtful and thorough job. Dr. Heinzen was kind enough to step in and evaluate an issue; his friendliness and straightforward treatment plan definitely put me more at ease. The front office staff is super friendly and efficient and I have come to look forward to my visits to the dentist now!
