Visiting Dr. Chun’s office was an exceptional experience. The staff was welcoming , professional, and addressed my concerns and requests expertly. Dr. Chun is very knowledgeable in her field and clearly addressed my dental needs with care and accuracy. She and her staff use technology to zero in on the dental issues that need to be addressed and they do so in such a timely, effective manner. The office is lovely, spacious and provided me with a calming experience. I would highly recommend Dr. Chun to anyone wanting exceptional dental care.

Being new to Redlands I had no idea where to go for amazing dentistry, I chose to leave my dental practice in Los Angeles due to the commute. I researched extensively numerous dental practices. I am extremely picky with the dental practice I choose for I have had many horrible past experiences.

From the first phone call to Dr. Chun's office, Haley was so kind and friendly. I do believe exceptional dentistry starts with the front desk. She allowed me to come in and visit the office and meet Dr.Chun without any pressure to schedule or commit. I really liked this idea and showed up for my meet and greet.

The office was spotless and very beautiful. The ladies at the front desk were friendly and Covid protocols were followed. I was given a tour and then met with Dr. Chun who was friendly, attentive and interested in what I had to say. I immediately felt like I was with someone who genuinely cared and I made the decision that day to move forward with Dr. Chun's practice.

On my first visit for my new patient exam, I was well cared for by Amber, who was my hygienist. She was so sweet, gentle and attentive to my needs. I felt as ease as she took x-rays and did the full exam. I am so grateful for her gentle touch...it made the world of a difference to me. Afterwards, Dr. Chun examined me and reviewed my x-rays. We discussed some cosmetic dentistry because I have a veneer that was put in so horribly by a dentist in Los Angeles. She did not pressure me into re-doing any of my dental work. She was more focused on my comfort and needs and was not pushy. We scheduled a separate appointment to explore cosmetic procedure options which felt good to me.

UPDATE (4-3-21): My dental cleaning with Amber was amazing. She was so gentle and conscientious about my sensitivities. I also since then have had my cosmetic consult with Dr. Chun. We explored many possibilities; again without any pressure from her to go in one direction or another. I am also excited to hear that she has an implant specialist coming into the office. My front tooth is an implant and I had some concerns about replacing the veneer. I will update again once I start my cosmetic procedures.

I do have to say.....going to the dentist brings up so much fear for me and being at Dr. Chun's I was calm and at ease. I am so grateful I chose her practice out of all the dentists I could have chosen. I know I am in great hands!

I started going to Dr. Chun’s office a few years ago and I’ve been met with nothing but excellent care since day one. The new office in Redlands is beautiful and well maintained with state of the art equipment. All the staff I’ve encountered have been friendly and are great at making you feel at ease. I was nervous about seeing a dentist for years and that went away after my first visit. Dr Chun’s practice is truly exceptional. I would recommend this office any day of the week.

From the first visit ,the staff was very welcoming and offered a tour of the facility with detailed explanation.
Dr. Chun was very relaxed in her approach and wanted to be sure any questions were answered before any treatment was started. I appreciated Dr.Chun’s explanations before during and after the treatments and always sensitive to my comfort level.

I would highly recommend Exceptional Dentistry for any preventative, continued care, and cosmetic dentistry.

Dr. Chun is the best dentist I've ever had. She personalized my care and even made a binder with her plan specifically for me. She's so nice and the staff is friendly. I feel like everyone that works there is happy they work there, which means a lot.
I had no pain when I got a root canal and had my cavities filled. I didn't think it was possible, but she did it. Also, no messy molds for my Invisilign or my partial. She used cameras and 3D printing for it.
I've been to a handful of dentists over the years, some good and some bad, but she is by far the best one I've had, even out of the all the good ones. Truly and nice person and a great dentist.

Every time I come In, it is just so pleasant. Dr. Chun takes a lot of care to keep her patients comfortable. I had a few old fillings replaced and I even dozed off a bit during the procedure. I’m so relaxed while under care in this office I would dare say I feel pampered. The entire staff is polite and very professional.

Our first visit exceeded expectations, the office is very nice and clean and everyone was so kind and welcoming. Amber was amazing and made me feel very comfortable. Definitely made the right choice for our dental care and look forward to coming back!

It was difficult finding a good dentist after moving to CA. I had a hard time finding a good fit. That is until I was introduced to Dr Melissa Chun. She has that personal touch and professionalism that puts you at immediate ease. She is so detail oriented and seems to put her heart and soul into what she does. Her office is not only outfitted with the latest in modern dentistry, but is elegantly designed and staffed with the greatest team you could want. Dr Chun exceeds my expectations with each visit. Best dentist I’ve ever had. I have an allergy to epinephrin and she was able to reach out to my previous dentist and compile information to make my dental procedure successful. Great work, great bed side manner, & great communication.

I felt the the plan to open during this difficult time was thought out very carefully and thoughtfully to maintain the safety of their clients. The procedure the patients were asked to follow and the procedure the hygienist and doctor followed made one feel medically safe. Dr. Chun and her staff have always maintained the highest professionalism and an outstanding knowledge of Dentistry. Great Job Ladies!
