I was having trouble finding a dentist with experience in TMJ issues. I called the office and Haylee was incredibly kind. When I arrived for my appointment, Danielle gave me a tour and offered me an array of items to make my visit more comfortable. She was so sweet and listened to me about my TMJ issues. Dr. Chun was just as wonderful as her team. She was completely thorough with the exam and made me feel at ease. I can honestly say that I have never had such a delightful experience in a dentist's office in my life. This team should train other companies on how to treat their clients. ~Michelle

Friendly staff! Dr. Chun and Amber, Dental Hygienist were great. They make me feel comfortable and ensures that the work performed meets the highest standards possible. The facility is nice and very clean as well.

My daughter and I hated going to dentist before. But, my 9 years old was very happy with Dr. chun and her friendly staffs. My daughter is very quite around new people. I was impressed that Dr. Chun and her staffs was able to get Maya to talk a lot 😊

This experience, like my others with Dr Chun and staff is always pleasant. It starts at the door with a welcoming greeting. The person who helped with my work, met me in the lobby and introduced herself. She took me back and went over what we were doing today. She was friendly and professional. DR. Chun who operated on me, was also very friendly and professional. Not only did I walk out feeling better, I left more knowledgeable. Thank you for all the good work.

I was absolutely terrified for years of going to the dentist until I met Dr. Chun and her wonderful staff. They are always very welcoming and genuine. Haley is an angel sent from the scheduling gods! She is always looking for ways to accommodate us due to our crazy schedules or dental emergencies. Amber is so sweet, and so thorough. Everyone is amazing! I can’t recommend them enough!

Exceptional Dentistry has made going to the dentist a pleasure. It feels more like a spa experience than a dreaded visit to the dentist. The special touches, the friendly staff and the special attention that Dr. Chun gives all her patients makes you want to go back. Without question, the BEST experience I have ever had when visiting a dentist. From scheduling my first appointment to the actual cleaning, the staff at Melissa S. Chun's office went above and beyond my expectations.

Halley (sp?) was the first point of contact. She works at the front desk and was the one to schedule my appointment. It was her friendliness and honesty that made me feel comfortable enough to give Melissa S. Chun's office a chance.

When I arrived for my appointment, I was greeted at the door by Amber, who ended up being my hygienist. Amber took me through a brief tour of the office before setting me up to fill out my paperwork. Once that was out of the way, she explained how my visit would proceed, and was more than willing to answer any questions I had. She took my x-rays (which are digital, aka SAFER) and cleaned my teeth, all the while maintaining an infectious positive attitude. It was like visiting a friend who just happened to be cleaning my teeth as opposed to a random stranger digging around in my mouth.

I was told prior to arriving that the dentist, Dr. Chun, may not be able to make it due to jury duty. However, she arrived halfway through my cleaning and introduced herself. I've never had jury duty, and I could imagine how draining it might be, but Dr. Chun was fantastic nonetheless. Her professionalism was second only to her friendliness. She walked me through my x-ray photos and examined my teeth before handing things back to the hygienist, Amber.

Overall, I am thoroughly pleased with my visit. In the past, I have often been hesitant to schedule a follow-up with a dentist, since the experience is usually quite lackluster. However, after such exceptional treatment, I've already scheduled my follow-up and am planning to continue using Melissa S. Chun's dental practice for any issues that may arise in the future.

Melissa Chun went above and beyond to ensure I would be safe and not with pain during a filling I badly needed. I've suffered with a childhood trauma at the hands of a physician. Been a patient for years! Outstanding environment! The new office is pristine and has state of the arts equipment and technology. Hygienist are personable and extremely thorough. Dr. Chun is very warm and knowledgeable. Her high expectations and professionalism are reflected throughout her office.
