I've never been so relaxed in a dental office! Normally, going to the dentist gives me a lot of anxiety but walking in we felt like we were visiting a day spa. The staff puts your comfort first prior to starting any procedures. Definitely my favorite dental experience so far!

I have been a patient for awhile now with Dr. Chun. She has a very good team of hygienists and office staff who genuinely care about your dental needs. Her office has latest dental equipment and it is very nice atmosphere as well. You would think you walked into an office in Beverly Hills. Overall she genuinely cares about her patients very much and your in good hands with probably the best dentist in the area.

The safety and precautions taken for my well being and others was amazing. I was very impressed with the measures Dr. Chun and her staff has taken to make the patients feel safe. My cleaning lady was excellent as well. It is always a great experience.

It’s impossible to form a trusting relationship with Dr. Chun’s practice. Each time we’ve dealt with them, there is always a new staff member. It’s not a good sign when you can’t keep a steady staff. Makes you wonder why. The dentistry is ok, certainly far from exceptional though, and no one seems secure working there. With so many REAL exceptional dentist offices in Redlands, we chose to find a better practice where we can establish great work and a family type environment.

The dental suite is beautiful and modern, the people are wonderful and very courteous, and each encounter is great! Dr. Chun is the only dentist in my experience who can give painless injections of anesthetic into your gum.

For my second visit, I was seen by Dr. Otis Chong for a root canal. He was incredibly patient with me and just an absolute professional.
