I was like many people I know and put off the dentist until I had to. Then when I went I as so nervous and scared but I'll deny that to my kids ! I will say with each visit it has been easier and this last one no cold sweats or butterflies in the tummy. Even when I did the doctor sat and talked to me until I was ready. I can't say enough wonderful things about him and the entire staff. I actually look forward to my next visit , that I kept and didn't come up with lame excuse to cancel. I love hear teeth look great !! See you in 3 months :)

We prepaid for the cleaning plan for my grandfather. We used one of the two cleanings and then he died. When asked if there was a refund for the unused portion I was informed "you are paying for the plan, not for the actual cleanings, so there is no refund". Well played. I am speechless. Not worth arguing about with the receptionist but that is BS.

I had a very poor experience here because they're racist. They mistreated my whole family and are extremely dirty. My oldest daugther went to her appointment, took the day off work and drove down there. Then they told her they cancelled all of my children's appointments including hers. Which is very unprofessional. I asked to speak to him and he never called me back. He is all about money and not his patient's!!!

I feel safe with his care. He put patient on their best satisfaction by providing good service. He never rush his care and was making sure to give enough time for everyone.The environment is so clean. The staff were very courteous.

Dr. Okhovat and his Topsmiles staff are the best. Friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and professional. The office is modern and clean. Excellent communication. All questions answered. Highly recommended.

I have had TMJ for at least 5 years now but NuSmile has given me a custom fit orthotic that has significantly diminished my symptoms of not getting a full nights rest, popping and grinding when opening my mouth, headaches in my temples, and back issues. I have been to at least 6 dentists to try and fix this problem but NuSmile has worked a miracle on my jaw. Also they have THE nicest staff I have ever encountered. I am no longer afraid of going to the dentist.

Beyond disappointmented. Came in for appointment to find we have a $900 bill that accumulated all of 2021. We will No longer be using this dentist office.

I always have such pleasant visits with the staff at Dr. O’s office. Not only do I appreciate the friendly faces that greet me when I walk in the door, Doctor is incredibly gentle and an all around amazing dentist!
