Dr Okhovat is amazing and a wondering friendly dentist he is warm and understanding and always has such a interesting story to share. which helps when you don't feel comfortable at the dentist he does a great job of making you feel comfortable. The staff at Dr. Okhovat office are handed picked by him, and the each have friendship with each other that some times goes beyond the 8 to 5 work week they are the finest. The staff are always friendly, kind, and loving and experienced in their field. I would never leave this doctor. I love Stephanie his RDA. I would recommended this dentist to every one I meet. I brought my granddaughter and son to have there teeth cleaning and check up and my Granddaughter Athena who is only 3 years old. Athena did so good the dentist was so gentle and caring she never cried or complained she did better than most 5 year olds.

Truly only dentist I trust! Even though the drive of 2.5 hours from San Francisco is inconvenient, I rather treck the distance because finding a doctor that one connects with and feel secure is not easy. I've gone through multiple procedures with Dr.Okhovat and I am so happy and grateful with the turn out. I absolutely love my smile and this wouldn't have been achieved without him. Highly recommend the office!

I came across Roseville Topsmiles while searching for a new dental office to treat some tooth pain. After seeing the sparkling reviews I was convinced that this would be the right match for me, and I was right! The facility is clean and beautiful. The entire office staff is warm, welcoming and accommodating. I personally felt at ease the moment I checked in. I am also incredibly grateful for how seriously they are handling the COVID pandemic and the current practices that they have in place to keep everyone safe.
I have received incredible dental care here. My hygienist was understanding and patient with me and Dr. Okhovat is clearly very skilled and truly cares about his patients. I won’t go anywhere else from now on.

I’m terrified of the dentist but couldn’t put off an issue any longer. They were the first dental group I called that could get me in quickly. I needed two root canals done and I’ve never had a dentist be kind to me as I freaked out but he was so kind and gentle that I’ll absolutuly go back and keep up on my smile now. If are anxious about the dentist like I used to be or have just been putting it off, do yourself a favor and make an appointment. Before I had been to Dr.Okhovat's office, my dental problems seemed insurmountable and that fear kept me from getting needed care. By my second visit with Dr. Okhovat, I was empowered with a realistic treatment plan that we worked together to create. This is my first time getting my teeth cleaning here. Everyone is friendly and helpful from the receptionist to dental hygienist to the dentist. Doctor is experienced, knowledgeable with excellent bedside manner. The dental hygienist is skillful and receptionist is sweet and helpful. The office is clean, well equipped with newer tools and technology. If you are looking for a new dentist, I do recommend to give Dr. Okhovat a try.
