The staff at Crown Dentistry are top notch and very professional. Megs, my dental hygienist, always does a great job with my cleanings and her delightful conversation makes the visit go quickly. Dr. Chan is very friendly and takes good care of you. The office is clean, has plenty of free parking, and is conveniently located just off I-5 north in Natomas. If you're looking for a high quality dentistry that cares about it's patients, Crown Dentistry is the place to go.

I was really quite nervous to go to any dentist with the condition my teeth and gums were due to neglect because of high anxiety, horrible experiences with previous dentists, and financial troubles in the past. I was recommended by a co-worker and was not disappointed. From my phone call making the appointment to my cleaning, x-rays, and root canal procedure.... I was treated with the utmost respect and care despite me being a brand new patient dealing with different issues. I felt right at home and comfortable knowing I was in good hands. I HATE going to the dentist, but I LOVE Dr. Chan and his staff. They are a class act from the second you walk in the door, right up to the moment you leave. The office is always impeccably clean and organized, the front desk staff always know my name, there is rarely a wait to get my appointment started, the hygienists are friendly and efficient, and Dr. Chan is amazing. Every single person goes out of their way to be sure that you are as comfortable as you possibly can be. They do everything they can to calm my anxiety and take my concerns seriously. Best. Dentist. Dr. Chan and his staff are a terrific group of professionals. I originally went to Crown Dentistry because I was having a problem with two crowns that had been put on at a different practice but kept falling off. Dr. Chan was able to identify and rectify the problem and has been my dentist ever since. Should have wrote this review years ago when I received treatment (2011), but here goes. I paid my hard earned money to get three crowns done. They were all done in one day. A few weeks later the crowns looked like they were decaying and discolored. I was told this isn't true. Even the Board I filed a complaint with shot down my complaint.
Since then I've had pain and bleeding in the area where these 3 crowns were done. Current dentist agrees that shoddy work was done! I've had 1 crown done on another tooth in 2013 and it's perfect, can't even tell it's not a real tooth. But those 3 crowns done by Crown Dentistry look like rotten teeth.
I don't understand what went wrong or why I received such horrible treatment. I would not recommend this place.
