Our family loves Crown Dentistry! Dr Chan and his staff are great and very thorough! But, it is still the dentist ;)

I started going to Crown Dentistry a few years ago. They helped me get over my fear of the dentist and get my teeth problems under control. Living in California is expensive but they try their best to give a good rate for their services, will be going to them for years to come and recommending them to friends and family.

Dr. Chan and his team are fantastic! I wish I could include a photo of my pearly whites to show how awesome they are. It's a small office located in North Natomas. The staff is very friendly...I love being called by my name as soon as I walk in the door! The service and care provided are impeccable. I highly recommend entrusting your teeth to this team!

I’ve been a patient for many years now. I refer everyone I know to Dr. Chan and his team. Rose takes care of all my hygiene and cleaning needs. Dr. Chan, LeAnn and Nora take care of all my dental procedures with kindness, care and compassion. Tasha is always kind, and I always leave with a smile in my heart and on my face! Thanks for making my smile shine!

Great dental office very friendly. The dental hygienist is the best and very informative.

Dr. Chan does a great job. Although probably like most people, going to the dentist is not something that I look forward to, it makes it a lot easier to go being able to interact with Dr. Chan. Very friendly staff as well.

I have a history of hating going to the dentist, but Dr. Chan's office was pretty great. Just got home after my first (real work to do, not just a cleaning) appointment, so this review is pretty fresh, in the sense of time between experience and writing.

And I have to say, I enjoyed it as much as you can possibly enjoy needles and drills in your mouth.

The staff is VERY attentive and friendly. They have a good time, cracking jokes with each other and the patients, which I appreciated, but there was one moment where I was talking with the woman assisting Dr. Chan, and the doc needed some piece of info from my chart. All he did was quietly say "what's his ?"-- but the woman dropped what she was talking about immediately in order to get Dr. Chan the info he needed. It left a good impression on me-- they were enjoying their jobs, I was enjoying my experience (relatively speaking), AND my time was being respected.

Seriously, think about your own interactions with various people providing you a service. Medical, retail, any kind of service. Normally you'll encounter 2 of those things at once, but very rarely do you get all 3.

Dr. Chan's assistant took great care of me in her own right, by the way. She gets 5 stars too. Can't remember her name because, did I mention? You can optionally get laughing gas if you feel like local anesthesia's not gonna chill you out enough. (I feel like there was a double-n... Anna? Jennifer?)

I have spent several dental appointments (elsewhere), squinting at the doc's safety glasses, trying to figure out what the hell was going on in my mouth by looking at the tiny reflection. The sound of the drills, or a doctor making any sort of negative noise-- that drives me nuts. What happened?! what did he see that made him make that sound?! I would rather hear a dentist say "Wow that is a LOT of blood!" than to just click his tongue, shake his head, and reach for the gauze. At least I KNOW then.

So I mentioned that it'd be cool if I could know what was going on-- and they took me seriously! He didn't seem to really believe that he heard me right so he had to get clarification. "So... you want a play-by-play?" Absolutely. And so reclining on the dentist-chair, that Vile Throne of Darkest Evil, was made much more comfortable, by replacing my dread of the unknown with just the occasional explanation of what was actually going on. Which is great, because I typically do not have 4 hands in my mouth at the same time; it's very unfamiliar territory. A little explanation goes a long way.

In closing: chan da man, very tooth, much fix, wow

I've been with Dr Chan for 15 years and love Crown Dentistry! Would highly recommend!

Our family of 6 ended up at Crown Dentistry after a negative experience at another Dentist in Natomas. The entire staff is friendly, honest, and they really care about you! My young daughter used to be terrified to go to the dentist, and when we came to Crown Dentistry the entire staff worked hard to make her feel comfortable, took their time to explain everything and put her at ease. They made the experience so positive, we no longer have any issues with her going to the dentist! There have been times we have needed a lot of work done, and they have worked with us to come up with a plan to keep our families dental health a priority while not breaking our checking account.

I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Chris Chan and the entire staff at Crown Dentistry. They have been our family dentist for over 9 years and we won't go anywhere else!
