My husband and I have been going to Crown Dentistry for years. Dr. Chan and his staff have always been friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They are also caring, personal and easy to engage with. We especially love Mel. When I first started going, I needed a lot of work done. I had taken several years "off" of going to the dentist. I found that I was comfortable enough with Mel and Dr. Chan to stick around for several years and get all the work I needed done because of the way they cared for me. I will never go anywhere else now, and I recommend this place to people all the time!

Been going here for years even referred family members. Haven’t been in a while, called today to get an appointment and was told I have an outstanding balance from 3 years ago. They claim they sent me several notices which is not true. They did this too me once before and I went ahead and payed even though I didn’t agree. I never leave reviews but this is wrong especially with the lockdown.

I do not like the dentist, usually. But going to Dr. Chan's office is awesomesauce. The staff is soooo friendly and knowledgable and caring, they even give you a blanket if you're cold. I highly recommend this dental office.

If you must go to the dentist and you know we all must, Crown Dentistry is the office to go to. A friendly, professional environment with state of art equipment you know you're in great hands. Dr. Chan and his team are always there to take the time to explain all my options and educate me along the way. Plus I always look forward to my cleanings!

I started with Crown after a previous dentist left me sitting in the waiting room for almost an hour after my scheduled appointment time. Crown's staff is always prompt and professional but also very warm and friendly. The office and exam rooms are clean and up to date and the hygienists are terrific. I was especially impressed by Dr. Chan who informed me he would refer me to a different dentist for a very tricky implant but I really didn't need it right away and we could watch it for signs it was medically necessary. My previous dentist had been pushing me to do it right away.

Dr. Chan and his staff have been my dentist for over 7 years. I've never had any issues with the level of care that he and his staff provide - they are friendly, helpful, and proactive about dental care. I get great advice on care techniques from my hygenist and Dr. Chan to help keep me accountable and maintain my dental health. Though I have moved farther away from Crown Dentistry, I gladly make the trek back for every checkup - their care is worth the travel!
