My family was referred to NextDentistry by a friend. My husband became a client before me. He knew I had some anxiety issues regarding dentists, but he assured me I would love Dr. Hemingway and his staff. Due to a broken molar, and other issues, I made my appointment. I was very nervous, and the staff tried to reassure me upon my arrival to complete my paperwork. When I got into my room, my medical history was reviewed, and my blood pressure was taken. My pressure was very high. I was told about all the risks of high blood pressure (remember, this is a dental practice), and was told that no work could be performed until my pressure was down. The doctor and staff were very concerned about me. I went straight to my doctor that afternoon, and was given an EKG, which thankfully was normal, and I left with a prescription to bring my pressure down. I have since had all of my dental work completed, which included crowns, and deep root cleaning. The state of the art equipment made all procedures pretty easy to handle. I believe had I not gone to NextDentistry, I would have ignored some very serious health symptoms, and could have ended up very sick. I am thankful that my health meant more to them than me on my first meeting with the NextDentistry team. I highly recommend NextDentistry, and can attest that no other dental office will care about your dental health, and your overall well being more than Dr. Hemingway and his team. Excellent experience from the moment you walk into the inviting waiting area to when you check out to leave.
