NEXT Dentistry: Salinas Cosmetic and Dental Implant Center

If I could leave more than 5 stars I would, Petra is such a great and awesome person, so sweet and nice when it comes to cleaning your teeth and asking how you are. Super friendly and great attitude, I enjoy going each time knowing I’ll be in good hands.

I’ve been to this dentistry practice for many years. Dr. Hemingway recently sold the practice who was the original founding dentist. I recently got 2 crowns done, I paid my copay of $1900 after they apparently got it approved by the insurance. A month goes by and they send me a bill for over $500 that supposedly the insurance didn’t pay. So instead of going after the insurance they send you the bill. Then they threaten late fees. This is a greedy shady business with no ethics. I’m not going here anymore. I used to drive 40 mins each way to come get my dental work done but not if they are a greedy business. My crowns don’t even fit right. I’m actually a doctor and my dad is a dentist and this place is insulting. Sorry to be vulgar but this is the truth. I hope everyone to be happy and healthy which would be best served by finding a different place to get your dental work. I really don’t like leaving bad reviews but I’m sorry I’m pretty upset and wish your establishment good luck with how you determine to serve your patients.

My husband and I have been patients here for at least 11yrs. Office staff is friendly and efficient. Petra, our dental hygienist, is personable and professional. This office offers every comfort possible for relaxation: your chair is a soothing sage green which MASSAGES, wall hook for purse/ jacket, individual ceiling TV with a noise proof Bluetooth headset set at YOUR choice of channel, calming water features in your space or you can see the outside water fountain from a window. Petra cleans my teeth, sets up my next appointment from HER computer, presents me a goody bag (regular size toothbrush, small tube of toothpaste, floss, and tube of lip moisturizer ).

4/13/22 Another great day getting my teeth cleaned by Petra. And there is a new method for whitening teeth that I’m definitely going to try!

I highly recommend Petra my registered dental hygienist. Besides being a cheerful & warm person, she is gentle & very thorough when cleaning my teeth. She is knowledgeable in her field & gives helpful suggestions on maintaining good oral care. Petra is my preferred & trusted hygienist A+.

I have been going to Next Dentistry for over 20 years and Petra has been cleaning my teeth for most of that time. She does an amazing job cleaning my teeth. My teeth always feel great! Aside from being very professional, Petra is very caring and friendly. I would definitely recommend Petra and Next Dentistry.

Rocio was very knowledgeable and explained my fractured tooth situation extremely well. She even had a video that showed the situation and possible treatments/next steps.

Dr. V explained the next steps well and was quite helpful in reaching a decision.

My teeth cleaning with Petra was a great experience! They’ve got TVs and Bose noise-canceling headphones that allowed me to catch the Giants pregame. Chapstick and the warm towel were a nice touch as well.

The front receptionist took time to explain the financial side clearly. I haven’t felt rushed in this office at all, as everyone takes time to listen carefully to each question and need, which def. adds to the positive XP.

As a new patient who had to switch due to circumstances out of my control, I’m very pleased with my experience thus far!

I’ve been a patient here for over a decade. The staff is extremely friendly and very efficient. The dental hygienists and dentists are great and always make you feel comfortable. They are always right on time for their appointments and I don’t think I’ve ever waited for more than 5 minutes in the waiting room. The office itself is extremely clean and modern looking. It’s a great office with great people.

Next Dentistry is a professional organization and I have been a satisfied patient for years. My favorite dentistry professional there is Petra. She is a consummate professional with a warm and friendly personality who makes every visit a nice experience. Well done!

I am new to this practice and found them when I typed in " best dentist in Salinas" in Google....and they are! Outstanding service from the front office to the dental staff in the back! A super clean office along with a highly professional and compassionate staff. Candy (dental hygienist) was simply wonderful and I felt comfortable throughout my cleaning. She was honestly just awesome. Having worked in the dental field myself I am pretty particular when it comes to a dental practice. Honestly they went above and beyond my expectations! I can't wait for my next cleaning!

Shout-out to Sandy who did my initial visit and took my impressions for a night guard. Super kind and caring! Also, Dr. Roo was very personable and added to a great experience. I have already started recommending this practice to friends and family.
