I purchased groupon voucher. I made reservation weeks ago and that appointment date, reservation representive called me at that morning to cancel the appointment due to doctor's schedule. I made 2nd appointment but just before 2 hours before scheduled time, staff called me again to cancel again!! Because they are too busy because there is a lot of groupon customer? I don't understand their policy but I don't get it. They are still selling groupon voucher right now. If there is no sufiicient time and staff for groupon customer they should not sell these anymore. I had call to groupon custermer service and it wasn't pleasant at all. DO NOT PURCHASE GROUPON ANY MORE!!

Came for Myobrace. They seem to have no ways to procure it, despite claims from the site. And guess what? I got an advice to change it to metal inserts for 5 years old kid. Ridiculous. Just move along, this is not the right place.
