Absolutely phenomenal service! My son LOVES going to the dentist. From the moment you walk in, you are greeted and attended to. They adhere to our appt. time and do not make us wait longer than a couple of minutes. The assistants and dentists are so great with children. They even send a sweet card shortly after the visit to follow-up! My son was surprised to hear that they remembered details from their conversation during the visit. I wouldn't take my children anywhere else!

One of my friends refered me to this dentist because I heard was good.. so I called to make an appt. Receptionist said I needed to verify my own insurance and add them as a dental provider.
Okay. I've never had to do that with any dentist.
She said I would need to call my insurance and do all that. why I asked? she said only with DELTA DENTAL they require the patients to call and talk to the insurance company and they themselves verify and add and do all that.
First off NO. I give you insurance card you give me appointment.
Ive worked at medical centers and we never ask patients to call insurance to verify anything. As long as they had their insurance cards they were good. The facility is responsible for verifying insurance.
Seems like someone doesn't want to do their job. Either that or they are short staffed or don't have competent front desk employees.
You serve your patients, they don't serve you.
I asked who to call she said the 1 800 number. At that point I'm doing your job.

Dr. Chon and his staff are knowledgeable and professional with a warm and caring approach that put you at ease. Every time I go they have improved on some aspect of the procedure to make it even better. This latest reline of my dentures was the quickest and easiest with the best fit I have ever had.

Couldn't ask for better dentist for my family than Smile Center For Kids. The office and staff is great! I've been to other offices and they just don't compare to the level of outstanding employees and the attention given to my kids. This is the place to be, well at least every 6 months!!!!

I really love the office! They take great care of my two kids and do an awesome job! The staff and everyone I have met always goes above and beyond. Mrs. Tiffany always thinks of the kids when doing a procedure. I would recommend this place to everyone.

I love this dentist. From the front desk staff that is always so friendly and patient and always let's me schedule all 4 of my kids at once. To the dental assistants that talk me through what's going to happen and smile and are so welcoming. To Dr. Wilson, who always remembers what each of my kids are focusing on, whether it's football for one, diesel mechanics, to projects they are working or even goals they want to reach. I absolutely love them all. Never want to find another dentist.

I absolutely love this place. Every one is so nice. I like that I'm allowed to go with my child as she's getting her teeth done. I wish they had that rule when I was a kid. Overall I recommend this place to everyone I know that's looking for a great dentist experience.

Dr. Farnaz is amazing. I love the way she treats my teens since they where younger. She does magnificent work and always puts my boys at ease when they feel nervous. Dr. Farnaz and her staff always make you feel welcome and are always on point when you need help with paperwork and such. I would give them 10 stars if i could.

Love the Ravera family! The best cosmetic and general dentistry. I moved from the area 4 years ago and after failing to find a dentist with a solution to my front tooth veneer falling off in my adopted state I came back to Dr. Ravera. He not only had the solution but it was a very minor and cost effective result.
