The wait wasn't long. Everyone seemed really happy to be working there, you could tell be the occasional chatter between employees. The m staff and doctors were very polite. Speaking of the doctors, the one I had cleaning my teeth was very thorough and provided me with important feedback about the state of my oral health.
All around, it was a great experience.

When Dr. Hendrick Gonzalez was here, this dentist office rocked! He worked with you on payments and was always talking to the patients and happy.
Now we went back and left with a bill plan of $10,000!!! We paid $50 for a "check up" and x rays, no cleaning and in the process of this check up... BROKE A TOOTH!! SCREW YOUR MONEY HUNGRY COMPANY, YOU ARE NOT ABOUT FAMILY OR CARE!!

This dental office and all of its employees are the best ever! I don't have any family, so I feel like I am part of a loving family when I show up for my appointments. The work is excellent. The care and concern by all staff leaves a warm and fuzzy feeling in my heart. And I receive personally penned thank-you notes from the dental assistants. When did you receive that kind of love from a dentist's office?
I have been treated very fairly with finances. I researched the cost and time in the chair for my dental implant. Santa Barbara Family Dentistry was "spot on" with their cost and the time it will take to complete this awesome project.
There is no more need to be "afraid" to go to the dentist. With each appointment I know I will look forward to being loved and receiving top-of-the-line care and results.

Highly recommend Santa Barbara family dentistry!!! I’ve been going to this dentist for awhile and have always been treated amazing and have the nicest staff, with the latest equipment. Recently I had a dental emergency which is tough during these times as most dentists are closed or only open for dental emergencies. They fit me in right away but with very safe precautions to keep everyone safe. They sterilize everything between patients and many times during the procedures. I feel like they more than deserve 5 stars with all they are doing to keep people safe and follow the guidelines

D . Hobie and Dr. Thurston are experienced professionals and extremely knowledgeable. They made me feel relaxed and explained the whole process. Very funny guys too! It was a great experience overall and that's the reason why I will always keep coming here. The office staff was fantastic, very caring, supportive and very pleasant. Great and quick service! I had my crown prepared at 10am one day and I got my permanent one put on at 2pm that same day! Very knowledgeable staff and doctors. My crown feels like my own natural tooth! Highly highly recommended to anyone looking for a caring and professional dental office!

One of the best experiences I have had , I have been going to this establishment for about 2 years and don’t plan on changing to another clinic. Had a tooth extraction done here and did not feel a thing. The staff and doctors are nothing but sweet and nice. Keep up the great work guys.
