Our family has been going to Dr. Ferrick since 2003. A friend had highly recommended their office to us. We took a chance as we live 2 hours away.
I would not go to any other dentist. Dr. Ferrick does beautiful work and we have never had a dentist that is so gentle and always in touch with your comfort level at every step. His staff is amazing !!! Most of his staff has been with him for many years and, yes, it is a family and very much feels like one. Kim has been running the front for many years and is so accommodating and wonderful. Such a pleasure to be greeted by Kim and Wendy. We feel very fortunate to be in such trusted hands. I was looking for a sedation dentist in Santa Rosa when I first visited Dr. Ferrick. However, he and his team made me feel so comfortable that I ended up not needing to be sedated. Both my son and I have been seeing Dr. Ferrick for many years. Although I 'hate' going to the dentist, Dr. Ferrick (and everyone else in the office) has made my experiences very positive. Not to mention that I am very impressed with the quality of work - far better than I have received with previous dentists.
