Dr. Ferrick is the best dentist I have seen. Both him and his staff are all so welcoming and efficient at what they do. They are great working out a schedule to repair your smile. Everyone at this office is kind and understanding. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of a great dentist.

My dental work experience at Ferrick Team Dentistry has been phenomenal. All personnel, from the front desk to the dental chair are friendly, professional, knowledgeable, articulate and caring. All steps and procedures are carefully explained to the patient, and work is performed at a pace that is comfortable. Pre-appointment communications and follow-up are comprehensive. What most shines through, however, is the quality of the work. I received the least-invasive cleaning I have ever experienced, my crowns are perfect, partly because of the care taken to ensure my bite was correct, and my bridge fits perfectly. I would recommend Team Ferrick absolutely; there is no better dental care available !

Dr. Ferrick and his staff are amazing. I had anxiety about going to the dentist and even avoided going for years. I was afraid of the amount of work needed, the judgement, and the shots! Earlier this year, I experienced some discomfort with my tooth and chose to see Dr. Ferrick for his expertise in nervous patients. His staff was able to fit me in the same week right before he left on vacation. At my first visit, he explained everything to me and worked with me to get this dental work done with another doctor while he was gone on vacation. He even met with the other doctor and gave instructions to handle my anxiety carefully. I had to take anti-anxiety medication before my appointments. From then on, I've been seeing Dr. Ferrick regularly and no longer needing medication. I've been going to his office for months (4+ visits) now to make up for those many years not seeing a dentist but I'm so happy to found a dentist to stick with and knows me so well. HIs staff are very kind and responsive. I highly recommend Dr. Ferrick and his staff for any patients but especially a nervous patient like me who was scared of dental work and the judgement!

I popped off a molar crown at lunch and knew I had to deal with that in a timely fashion. I've had the same dentist in Petaluma for 20 plus years but I have to admit that I didn't like the commute much now that I lived in Santa Rosa. I had met dr. Ferrick and his wife playing pickleball and I thought to myself that he was very sharp and personable and I thought I might consider using him as a dentist in the future. I didn't discuss this with him but I did have conversations with other players that had Dental needs also. I called after hours and their office got back to me first thing in the morning and they seemed very personable on the phone. They were able to squeeze me in and that's not always easy to do. When I got to the office everybody was friendly. I met with the doctor and his assistant, they were very informative and gave me options on what I might do, I explained that I once was in the union and had insurance but I didn't have any now. They they discuss my options and I believe he did the work that was absolutely necessary before reinstalling my crown that was more than 10 years old. He reinstalled it perfectly and I didn't even notice it the next day. I believe that they went out of their way to be more than fair with me and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend their office to a friend in a second. In fact I called my mom on the way home who has dental implants that require maintenance and has had the same dentist in Petaluma for 21 years and discussed her setting up an appointment with Dr. Ferrick to get her needs met closer to home. I wouldn't be surprised that you had the same results. He was definitely fast and fair and tried to make it as painless as possible I mean what more could you really ask for, I said to myself.

The best dental office in Sonoma County! I have severe dental anxiety and my asthma flares up when I get nervous. Even cleanings stress me out and I feel claustrophobic. They are so gentle with me, patient and kind. And they do a great job. The best of the best!
