A crown broke on a front tooth Thursday evening. I panicked at 1st feeling its a weekend what am I going to do. I looked up services and found this fantastic center! What a find! Yes I had to wait, I was a walk in but it was worth the wait. The entire staff are friendly, helpful, compassionate, calming and most importantly a difficult procedure was a success and will follow up with my Dentist. I can't compliment every employee there beginning with the greeting, the receptionist and all involved in helping get this scary situation resolved.
5 stars!! I highly recommend, its very, very clean, protocols are in place for our safety but most importantly I was treated so well. Will not hesitate to return! I can't thank each of them enough!!

These guys are amazing. Had an abscess tooth and my face was so swollen. And I had no insurance. They saw me as a walk-in, got me antibiotics, and the next week took the tooth out. They all were so helpful and compassionate. Took great care of me. So thankful for you all!!

I simply truly trust the staff. Professional, helpful, supportive. Staff always has my best interest at heart. My choice will always be to go to Shasta County Dentistry. Reasonable sliding scale to assist community with cost.

The building was clean.
The receptionist was very friendly.
The gal who walked us back was very friendly. I was able to voice my concerns and she listened and gave me positive feedback.
Unfortunately, the when the Dentist came in, he was very rude. He ignored my question regarding “mouth trauma”. He did not show me prior X-rays so we could compare them to see if the “mouth trauma” was more recent or not. He was very rude about my daughters diet. Claimed that’s why she had a cavity.
I am calling my insurance today to switch dentists. This guy should not care for children. His lack of compassion is terrible.

Needed several teeth dealt with for several weeks. Was able to be seen sooner @ Shasta Lake office, so made appointment there for yesterday. I arrived on time & was taken back within 5-10 minutes. The waiting area & dental clinic were super clean & odor free~ important to me. Dr. Pierce & the dental assistant were very kind, thorough & patient with me & took the time needed to get mouth numb enough. Tammy at the front desk was friendly, quick & kind & I have decided to keep going to this clinic! Thank you, SCHC Dental @ Shasta Lake!! You made my painful day much better with your kindness!

Went to Shasta Lake Dental Clinic since the Redding one was closed due to air quality from smoke from wildfires. Since I was a walk- in due to pain I was told it could possibly be a couple of hours until they got to me. It was less than an hour. They got me in and fixed my tooth quickly. No pain even when getting the novacain. Would highly recommend.

My cleaning of my teeth was painless. She did a great job. She explained about how I can prevent tooth decay with proper everyday cleaning. She was very thorough and explain to me as she was cleaning my teeth to make sure I cleaned between my gums and teeth.
The best cleaning I had in years! I would differently request her again!!

The receptionist was professional. Yet she was asking me questions in a manner that made me feel as though she did not trust my answers. I guess she has to deal with many people who are not honest or truthful. The technicians and the dentist took time to exlpain each procedure, plan, and method they used to examine my teeth as well as what is in the best interest for a healthy mouth. I really felt comfortable with the dental staff and confident in their skill ability.
