Love the Doctors, staff and students here. All are caring, and attentive to your needs emotionally and physically. I had a root canal done last week by one of the students with the Doctor overseeing her work. I was so relaxed while she worked on my tooth, that I fell asleep. I have been terribly afraid of dental work since a child. All that changed after coming to the Shasta Community Health Center. Every patient I noticed is treated with respect no matter what social status. Thank you so much for that.

Yesterday I went into Shasta Lake Community health and dental for a crown. Very nice facility. Dr Westbrook and her team was very kind, professional and went out of there way to make me comfortable which means a lot to a person who is claustrophobic. I look forward to coming back for other appts when needed

These people are fantastic , without these committed individuals many of the residents of Shasta county would have nowhere else to turn for dental care. They charge their patients on a sliding scale those who can afford more pay more no one is turned away. Kind of like socialism hmmm.

Love this place! Only problem that I have ever had is that all employees are on a rotating schedule for all its facilities. Therefore, you never know who is treating you for the day... and there are ALWAYS going to be people that you perfer (or dont)... that being said, the only "rude" ones I have ever encountered were a few that work the front desk
