My family to moved to Porter Ranch about a year ago and we've been looking for a dentist. We are so glad that we've found Dr. Ju! As soon as you walk into Hello Dental you will be greeted by a friendly receptionist in a spacious, comfortable, and clean lobby. The office is equipped with the latest technology including a CT scan. Beyond the new machines, however, Dr. Ju is a top-notch dentist. I appreciated his thorough examination and his taking time to explain the health of my teeth and gums using the pictures of the inside of my mouth projected to the big screen TV. By the way, I've never seen pictures of my teeth that close up...kinda cool! Once the procedures began, he was patient and meticulous and I left the office with no pain and discomfort, just a big smile. Thank you, Dr. Ju and staff!

Very personable dentist. Dr Ju was very relaxed and forth right with his diagnosis of my issue. He normally doesn't work on Saturdays because of the pandemic but made an exception for me. My family normally goes to Avenue Of Smiles but I'm going to switch over to Dr Ju.

1. New office opened in 2020 and all of a sudden with more reviews than a 10-year office; All 5 stars?
2. All the reviews are fake!
3. Dr. Ju's customer service is not good. Impatient, trying to get the most out of a patient.
4. Not an expert on the equipment, but just know that there's no mouth-wash on each machine, which isn't really convenient.
5. No goggles to protect eyes every time for the bright light or from other stuff.
