Hello Smile Dental - Dentist in Simi Valley

Everyone at Hello Smile Dental was absolutely amazing. I haven’t been to the dentist in a couple of years due to the pandemic and general anxiety over dental work, but everyone made me feel so comfortable the entire time. I’m so glad I chose this location to finally come in for a check up, and I’m excited to be working with the amazing employees in the future.

I was told of Dr. Ju through one of his current patients and decided to get some work done as she had raved about him. I was in between jobs and had a month left of my previous company’s insurance. The doctor had helped with the allocation of the remaining insurance coverage and made room within his schedule to see me. Within the clinic, the wait room was comfortable and clean, the examinations quick and concise, and procedures carried out with care. The staff was very professional and accommodating as well and had always asked what they could do to make the experience as smooth and painless as possible. Finding a good dentist is a hard endeavor. The dentist I had seen before meeting Dr. Ju (as I had moved away from a very good dentist before that) made you feel like a number and did not care for your comfort. I was worried that all experiences after that would be the same as we are a culture that is, for the most part, looking for the bottom line in the area of any business. I am happy that Dr. Ju and his staff was contrary to that experience. My spouse and I will be coming to the Dr. Ju from now on and would love to extend an invitation to you of experiencing his great care. Also, the office has an app that makes booking an appointment or communication with the doctor or his staff effortless. I highly recommend giving Hello Smile Dental a chance when looking for your next dentist.

Dr. Ju saw me on a Saturday, even though he wasn’t technically even open for business, but he answered my call, heard my distress and responded to it.

I have never had that level of care from a dentist, especially as a new patient. My husband, who referred me, told me that Dr. Ju is the best, and now I’ve experienced it for myself. The supporting staff is equally awesome! If you have any dental needs or concerns , this is the place to go! I am a very dentist-phobic person and this office is soothing, state-of-the-art, reassuring, knowledgeable, everything anyone could want. I absolutely loved everything and everyone at Smile Dental in Simi Valley! From the moment I walked in, to the moment I left this office as a new patient, I felt very comfortable and well taken care of. The office staff welcomed me in with a smile and kind attitude. They offered me refreshments while I waited and let me know where their restrooms were should I need to use them. As I was called into the chair, I was handed a remote control to watch anything on Netflix that would ease my mind. The dentist was absolutely amazing in the way he made sure to ask me if I felt comfortable by offering me dark glasses, Vaseline for my lips while cleaning and even which flavor I preferred for my treatment. He’d stop during the procedure time and time again to ask me if I felt any discomfort. Because of the clean, sleek state of the art equipment he used I imagined his prices to be high but to my surprise they we’re definitely reasonable. I would recommend this place to each and every person who is in need of dental work or even a simple clean up.

Office is brand new, clean and high tech. Doctor and staff try to make you feel as comfortable as possible and even offer to watch tv to relax. Very efficient as well. I had my cleaning, x-ray and filling all in one quick visit. Highly recommend! Also has an orthodontist who works in same office.
