Amazing dentist!! Facility was very clean and welcoming. My stay was very organized and structured, and the staff were very kind and informative. They provide TVs in the rooms and give you access to Netflix (there's even TVs on the ceiling for when you lean back!). All equipment is very modern and updated. Overall, very comfortable and easy experience for my routine cleaning at the dentist, and Dr. Ju was very professional, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Highly recommend!

I have to say not only is the dental office beautiful and clean. The genuine friendliness of the dentist and the dental assistant was top notch. They are warm and caring. And made sure you were nice and comfortable. This was my first time here and I’m so happy that I found Dr Kevin. He was very thorough in his exam, and my deep cleaning was painless. I highly recommend this Dr Kevin and his staff at Hello Smiles Its a blessing to find a great dentist you can trust. And will take care of your dental health and needs

I specifically wanted to wait a while before giving my opinion and review. I've been to my share of not so great dentists. When I called the night before my appt. The Doctor picked up the phone on his way out of the office. What Doctor does that now a days?? Only the ones with a caring good heart. He listened to my issues and asked me questions like am I in pain and where and for how long etc.. he was willing to squeeze me in the very next morning. Not only was I impressed by his mannerism, but the office is spotlessly clean. With nice new equipment! The staff is kind. I must say this is the first time is YEARS that my jaw didn't lock from getting dental work done, and I was not sore for days or weeks as I usually am. He constantly asked if I was okay or needed a break. That means a lot to a person like me with my jaw issues. I would give Dr. Ju 10 stars if I could! The most pleasant dental visits thus far! You rock Dr. Ju!

I found Hello Smile after going to 2 other dentists who were absolutely horrible. Hello Smile has exceeded my expectations and Dr. Ju has been truly fantastic. He is very calm, professional, caring, and knowledgeable. The entire staff there is very friendly and they all make me feel very much at home. After my past experiences I am so grateful that I found them.

Is it weird if I say he is the most comfortable dentist I’ve ever been to? He is. He’s also attentive, skilled and doesn’t stab your tooth with a sharp metal prod to see if it hurts.
I had some major issues. Excruciating pain on both sides like I’ve never felt. Jaw swollen to the point of disfiguration. Of course it was over the weekend of a Covid surge and I couldn’t find an open dentist or get into an urgent care within 25 miles that took my new insurance. I won’t go to the ER. I’m not trying to get Covid.
First thing Monday morning I get s phone call from him asking if I needed to be seen, he saw a missed call from the weekend. They squeezed me into a busy day - and even went around my schedule for that day.
He took care of me and got me out of pain immediately. Major work done and the next day, I was like a new person.
He’s also very good. I mean really good. Like when someone is really comfortable doing what they are doing because they are meant to be doing it….if that make sense :)

Great Place! After traveling to the valley for 20 years I finally did an extensive search for a good dentist that was local. I found Dr. Ju who had recently relocated right down the street from me. Brand new office with modern equipment. Very clean office!!! I have had both a cleaning and cosmetic work done and had great experience with both. I also have to mention if you have anxiety about dental work, he offers nitrous Oxide!!! (for a fee of course. lol)
