The best I can say about this place is I am alive. They absolutely try to over charge you and flat said they couldn't guarantee anything if I didn't do unnecessary procedures and then I ended up with an infection in my body after my initial procedure. I truly thought they were going to be great but they also tell you unless you give them access to very private and protected medical information via my chart they will not see you. I left this business feeling violated and sick. No dentist needs to know what I share with my doctor who I have a far more intimate relationship with and NO other dentist I have been to requires it. I notified my dental insurance carrier of all the excess charges including a co-pay they tried to charge, for a preventative visit, that I do not have as well as them adding services, demanding access to information protected by privacy laws and planning on charging double what other dentists and my insurance allows for my next visit. I'm glad I read other reviews and didn't get ripped off. I will have to travel to see my next dentist and already chose him because he has excellent reviews and is a man of faith. I already told his office it is them or I'll never go to the Dentist again. Like I initially said, I am alive and that is the best I can say but that is courtesy of my doctor not this place. My doctor said given the timing the infection absolutely could be related to the dental work. I'm just glad it is all over.

I have found my forever dental home here at Nut Tree Smiles. Dr. Chang is honest and straight to the point, she tells you what treatment you need, possible alternatives, and the outcomes if I don’t get the recommended treatment. She does not sugar coat anything, which I appreciate, I want my provider to be 100% real with me. They also have a hygienist, Ernest, who has loads of personality and is also very thorough with his work. I heard about him through word of mouth from acquaintances that come here and now I only trust him to clean my teeth.

This is a professional office. It starts with Dr Chang, a very knowledgeable and compassionate dentist. For about two years she has given me excellent care. Dental hygienist Mr Irwin did a wonderful job on deep cleaning. Except for a little stinging of the needle I did not feel any pain. Very courteous and caring stuff.The work of Kat ,urico, Sandra and every one in that office should be appreciated.

Everyone in the office were friendly and a delight! From the receptionist, office staff, dental hygienist and dentist!! Crystal, the dental hygienist was excellent! Cute, friendly, and professional. She did an awesome job cleaning my teeth and giving me educational tips and information. I highly recommend this office.

I absolutely love this place!!! After not visiting a dentist for an embarrassing amount of time(previous trauma) I knew it was time to be seen. I was starting to get discouraged as most dentist near me were either not answering their phones or didn't have providers when I was available. Thankfully I was in Vacaville and saw their sign on the building, never knew I would be walking into the most friendly and professional office/staff. They answered the phone the first time I called, never once did I feel nickel and dimed and they were very detailed in explaining every step of the process/procedures. I have to give a shout out to Earnest one of the hygienist there, he is absolutely fabulous. Gentle, kind and really cares about his work and his patients well being. He was consistently making sure I was comfortable which is huge for me. Thank you Earnest, I highly recommend your work! I also have to shout out one of the ladies at the front desk, Brittany. She explained everything to me in detail and I never once felt pressured. She even presented me with several different options I can choose from along with the pros and cons of each. I can't wait to share how things go with the Doctor. So if you are looking for a dentist you must call Brittany and request Earnest as your hygienist. 5 stars, 10 out of 10 recommend!

I would not only never return, I would not recommend this business to anyone. The dental assistant took more x-rays than I’ve ever had in my life. I felt like she took X-rays for hours, although it was probably about 30 minutes I spent getting X-rays taken by an assistant that seemed miserable with her career, or possibly unhappy with her employers. Either way, she was extremely rude and terrible at patient care being that a large percentage of us are terrified of the dentist. She had absolutely no empathy or compassion. She hardly spoke, and when she did speak, it was an invoice you could hardly hear. To ask her to repeat herself, seem to irritate her further. It was a confusing experience all the way around, and I can say this, the friendliest, warmest and most welcoming of this dentist office, was the front office staff. The dentist intended to me, was not only rude and made me feel like I was a drug seeker. Because I ask that any work that she would be doing on me would be medication administered with it. I am literally terrified of the dentist and have been all my life and I have good reason for it. I’ve had many bad experiences as a child in the 60s getting my cavities filled with absolutely no Novacaine. So the dentist that I had the day that I went in, made it very clear in a very rude manner that she will not administer any sort of medication upon future dental work which apparently I need a lot. After a short visit with her and her explaining the thousands of dollars in dental work that would be needed, without medication, she checked some sort of a list that she had with her right when she was getting ready to end the appointment, and realized she had skipped a step, which was a cleaning, which I am supposed to receive with my dental benefits. So she picked up one of the wire instruments, and stuck it in between two of my upper left teeth. She pulled it back out and said there I’m done.! I couldn’t believe it. This was by far the worst place I have ever been to in my life. I spent more time and that x-ray room then I spent in the dentist chair. Not only that, the dentist left me sitting in the chair for quite some time while she tended to another patient. So the total time I believe this time to spend with me. Was a total of approximately 10 to 15 minutes in which time she was extremely rude. She scared me to death and she made me feel like a drug addict. I would never returned to that place again if I was offered millions of dollars to do it. Some people have a good experience is there I guess I can’t imagine how. They must’ve gotten a good dentist.

Been coming here for years always very professional and courteous. My hygienist Crystal makes me feel at ease when getting all my work done on my teeth. She is always informing me on my options and the best ways to achieve my goals on good dental health.

I love Nut Tree Smiles! Crystal is an amazing hygienist and Dr. Harris is a great dentist. All of their staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. I would highly recommend this place.

Love this place! Their whole staff is so friends especially front office. They’re all so helpful and explain treatments very thoroughly. Dentists are great too, definitely coming back :)

BEWARE NUT TREE SMILES tried to charge me over $900 for a deep cleaning, then the rude dentist refused to give me a regular cleaning. Went to another dentist with same insurance, same procedure, same equipment they said deep cleaning would have been under $300.
