This appointment was my first in over 8 years. As a kid I was pretty traumatized at the dentist so I was very upfront with my anxiety and discomfort while still trying to put a brave face on and be an adult and get on taking care of my teeth. Every single person that I interacted with was amazing. The front desk girls were so nice, Andreya the insurance coordinator was so fantastic, I absolutely loved how clear and informative she was. Dr. Gil was very friendly and did everything possible to make me comfortable and checked in often during my filings. The assistant was great at communicating and even the guy who took my X-rays was friendly and accommodating. This was extremely relieving for me and I will be continuing my treatment with this dentist and everyone in the office. Thank you for making my experience a redeeming one from my past experiences as a kid.

My daughters and wife have been coming here for years and up to now have had amazing experiences. But one particular doctor, Justin Wong, Endodontist, left such a bad impression today that, upon hearing the story of what happened, I personally wanted to call and complain. My wife asked me not to. But then after being a witness as she relayed the experience to several others, everyone who heard the story had the same frustration I did. So I will add to this review that their overall service is amazing, but do not see Dr. Wong. My wife, one of the sweetest and politest people I've ever known accompanied our daughter into the appointment (for emotional support during two root canals). She set her purse (apparently) in the wrong location and rather than "Justin" asking her politely to remove it, he made a snide comment to his assistant, as if my wife was not within ear shot, then grabbed the purse and slung it onto a chair. He then continued to point out that "patients need to be told not to put their personal belongings where they do not belong", again as if she was not sitting right there. He did this three times.
When the procedure was over he was anything but nice and was clearly irritated as they were departing. Dental work is not cheap. It is also a service that most people fear and would rather not experience. So to have to deal with a very rude man while getting a procedure done is not acceptable. I hope enough people see this review and ask for anyone but Justin Wong so he is held accountable for his behavior towards my wife and anyone who has ever experienced his "unprofessional" attitude.

All staff are very professional and welcoming. Dr.Chang is very professional, explains step by step what she does and it makes it comforting to know ahead of time. All assistants are nice and they make you feel at home. Front desk are very thorough with treatment that needs to be done. Best of all they give you many choices to pay for your treatment if you have no dental insurance which comes in handy when you cant pay for treatment up front. Definitely will recommend this office!
