Starred going here since they started and it's always a pleasant experience. Health insurance changed and I had to switch for a about a year . The other place tried to say I had 8 cavities and other things that didn't sound right Went back to Nutree right away and confirmed that was absolutely wrong and they just wanted money from my insurance. Have stayed with Nutree Smiles ever since.

Extremely unprofessional. Subjected to very long waiting times while being forced to listen to snippey, petty and really unprofessional comments from the front desk staff as they make fun of the customers they just spoke to on the phone. Made an appointment for a cleaning and after an hour of "consultation" still didn't get the cleaning done. Made an appointment for a root canal and after waiting for an hour, was told that the endodontist was not sure about the course of treatment and I should get a second opinion. Huge waste of time. Going to find a professional dental office.

I went in January 2018 to get a cleaning and they told me their first appointment was on May 2nd. About a week beforehand, I get a call that my dentist broke her leg. Unavoidable and understandable. They apologize and tell me May 18th at 2:15pm. I go in and nothing. “I’m sorry we don’t have you on the schedule.” What’s worse is that there was no backup plan or any option to help me. This place sucks, and wh Bri have been seen there they upsell you on stuff you don’t need. Go somewhere else.

Very long wait time. This was my first time going to this clinic. I was in the clinic for 1.5 hours just for xray & cleaning. Also, they did the polishing first before the actual cleaning which is very unusual. 2 stars for the staff rapport.

I am late with my review of this place. I went there for a root canal and the lady started working on the wrong tooth. When i questioned her she got offended and walked me out. After getting a second opinion, i didn't need a root canal in the first place.

i’m a business owner in the local area I came in to get treatment these people upfront don’t have any idea what they’re doing at all the customer service I received was so bad I end up and leaving midway through the lady that runs the front has no idea and she’s very rude I looked at the other yelp reviews and they all say the same things stay away from this place if you want to be treated with respect they don’t know anything about your coverages until the last minute
