My daughter was a new patient. I transferred her to Smileland because family members recommended us. We really liked the office and staff members. They’re very friendly and welcoming. They explain to both parent and child what they’re doing. And the sticker book and prizes are a cherry on top. Definitely going to continue taking my daughter there.

Staff was great, they got us in right away and were very helpful explaining treatment needed. The facility if super kid friendly and inviting which makes the experience very comfortable and more relaxing for you and your child.

Friendly staff, never take long to be seen. Worth the drive from Lemoore to Visalia! Definitely recommend and will come back for sure.

*VISALIA LOCATION, IF YOU ARE GOING TO POST YOUR NONSENSE RESPONSE BACK TO ME, AS YOU DID THE OTHER PARENT ON HERE WITH THE SAME ISSUES AND CONCERNS, YOU CAN CALL ME DIRECTLY* If I could give zero stars, I 100% would! For starters, there needs to be something done about paperwork not being filled out correctly and communication. Secondly, I made an appointment 2 months ago, unaware that my special needs 4 year old child would have to be STRAPPED DOWN to have a procedure done, fully awake and fully aware. There needs to be other options put in place of this barbaric way of treating CHILDREN! Lastly, please give your techs some training on how to speak to parents when they are being questioned. I had an encounter with an extremely rude tech who didn't like being questioned about my son's procedures or what was even going on. I promise I am not the parent to get an attitude with or slam doors around (she was angry at me for asking for the supervisor and slammed the door shut on my son and I). I then asked for the supervisor. The supervisor was great with assisting me and understood why I was so upset and understood that there was a lack of communication about the entirety of the procedure. However, I will NOT be returning at all. Not for cleanings and certainly not to finish up my child's work to be done. My son is traumatized, as am I. Please get it together and do better, given you ARE a pediatric clinic!

Nice and Friendly staff. Office was cleans and great for kids. One problem, they told me I was not allowed to be with my daughter who is 8 yrs old while she is having dental work!!! I do not agree with this and because of it, I will be looking for another dentist office. This is a safety concerned and will not trust anyone alone with my kids.

Great staff! First time here for an emergency, my daughter hurt her tooth at schools and they were able to see us right away. So thankful. The dentist and the girls in the front were so kind and helpful as well as the assistants.

My daughter has had braces on for over a year. I went to Smileland to get some cavities filled for her. Smileland is telling me that in order to do the fillings that I would need to have her brackets removed from her braces. In order to get her brackets removed I would have to pay for them to be reminded & put back on!! I informed Smileland that if they send her orthodontist a referral saying that she needs the brackets removed due to an emergency that they would be able to remove them. Smileland said they don’t do referrals there. I told Smileland I’M NOT GOING TO PAY FOR THEM TO BE TAKEN OFF & PUT BACK ON!! Smileland said that there’s nothing that they can do until the brackets are removed. I told them that they waisted me time yesterday! I told the operator when I made the appointment the exact reason why she needed the appointment ( she has braces, the orthodontist left her brackets loose so she could get the fillings, needs a cavity filled)!!!

Love how they make kids feel secure and comfortable. My kids have usually been put to sleep to do dental work but this tine around they weren't. Very happy and satisfied with Smileland!! My kids had an amazing experience.
