Blanca Peak Dental Center

Ok I really wanted to like this place given all the great reviews, but here is my experience, from the phone call to the visit the staff was very friendly and welcoming, now here is the problem I went in feeling some discomfort and a slightly loose tooth and just wanted to get checked and make sure everything was ok, I was seen right away with an appointment, was taken back and given an X-ray for the tooth that was slightly loose by the dental assistant/hygienist, the doctor came in and gave me a poorly quick diagnosis and told me I'd need a deep cleaning and would need to pay $6,000 dollars out of pocket not including the $117.00 dollars for that days visit for one single X-ray (not a full panel).I took my business else where and found a extremely great dentist out of the valley my first visit I recieved a full panoramic X-ray along with 6 other X-rays, mouth measurements and a full work up for only $75.00. We also scheduled a full deep cleaning which will be no more then $600.00 dollars (not $6,000.00). Blanca peak dental clinic in alamosa is all about money, yes they are nice people but extremely expencive. Please do your research on other dentists office and find the right one for you because not all of us can afford a $6,000.00 bill (Blanca peak dental does not give the option to make payments either). Absolutely amazing! I used to dread the dentist, but now love going. The staff is super friendly and so gentle. I actually look forward to my appointments!

I lost a veneer in one of my front teeth, leaving a gaping hole. With the sometimes limited specialized medical care in Alamosa, I was extremely pleased to find a cosmetic dentist who could competently replace the missing veneer. I was offered an appointment for the next day and and the entire experience was exceptional!

For those like me that have a fear of Dentists that started at a young age due to some bad experiences this is the only place to go. They listen to your concerns without judgement and go above and beyond to help alleviate those fears. Rarely have I been back to the same Dentist more than once but have been here twice now for crowns and will be back for any future dental needs along with the rest of my family.

All the staff at Blanca Peak Dental were courteous and professional. Dr. Sarah was friendly, knowledgeable and very caring! I'd highly recommend anyone in the area to visit!

This doctors office was amazing. I called them on a need to visit on a same day dental emergency and they were very helpful. They were nice to my wife and communicated post operation appropriations very clearly .
