Blanca Peak Dental Center

I called to verify my insurance was in network and was stated it was. A few months later I received a call about a bill I never received. I called my insurance to inquire about the bill, it was then I discovered they are actually not in network. They would not work with me at all and basically said I owed what was on the bill. I would definitely not recommend Blanca Peak Dental. It is to bad a billing office ruins an entire entity. I as well wanted to like this dentist but I agree better places out there.

I decided to try Blanca Dental after reading all the positive Google reviews. I have to say that all of those reviews talking about how nice everyone was and professional where absolutely true. The staff as well as dr. Sarah are extremely nice and have their act together. I have an appointment again next month and will be probably reviewing again on my experience that too.
I was going to place another review but I think you can only do one so I am going to add to my previous review. Like I said I had an appointment for a deep cleaning which I was able to get in earlier than my scheduled appointment due to a cancellation. I have to get 2 deep cleaning before I can get my bridge or implants to replace the tooth I knocked out.
staff once again awesome polite professional and made me feel really relaxed. I'm usually scared to death of needles and dentists but dr. Sarah who did the cleaning made me feel relaxed and it was pain free.
have second cleaning scheduled for a couple weeks. After that is done I will be adding to this post on my experience.

Dr. Sarah Nazeri and her entire staff have been awesome throughout what has been a difficult situation for me. Dr. Sarah is truly different than any other dentist I have met. She is very intelligent, not just about dentistry, but overall health. She has been a lifesaver for me and diagnosed a tricky infection that I have/had in my jawbone. She has called me to check on me and been an advocate for me anytime I have needed a referral for extensive care. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her in a heart beat to anyone and I feel very fortunate to have her in my corner.

This is the worst dentist in the valley. Unprofessional and just out to take your money.

Dr. Sarah Nazeri is an excellent care provider. It had been a while since I had a good cleaning so they reccomended a deep cleaning versus the standard cleaning and I can definitely see the difference! Dr. Sarah and her team were very thorough in explaining the process and checking on how I was doing through the procedure. I've got some more work to do with them and I am extremely happy to find such a high quality provider here in the valley that I can turn to and trust.

Staff and Dr Nazeri are thorough, professional and great with the local anesthetic, and all seem to have a terrific sense of humor. I actually look forward to going to the dentist! (Though my wallet isn’t quite so enthusiastic)

Like many, I really don’t enjoy going to the dentist. However, I must admit that I think this new dentist is going to be much different...all of the staff from the “front desk to the back office” were so welcoming and friendly!! The “office culture” seems very supportive and attentive to the customers and I am actually much less reluctant for my return visit! Strangely enough, I’m kind of excited for ongoing dental care! Haha! Kudos to the entire team at Blanca Peak Dental!!

Dr Nazeri and her staff were completely disappointing. For centuries dentists have developed a reputation for extreme sadism and for patient perfection of the art of inconvenience.

I had to endure an hour of pleasant conversation, a complete lack of waiting, and even extreme thoughtfulness. I expected pain and at least 3 tooth extractions; instead I was forced to shut up and listen, mouth agape, for at least 20 minutes (a first for me) while I gazed upon the botanical landscapery of Japan and Thailand. Now I have to visit those places - not something I budgeted for in 2021.

About the most satisfying part of the visit was seeing my compassionate and hilarious hygienist slowly bathed in a shower of my oral secretions. I'm going back for that experience again, cause, you know, that's how I roll.

Had a spot on my tounge that needed a biopsy. Was quoted $800 until I told them I wanted a referral to a clinic who could do it under my medical insurance. Then all of a sudden dental would cover all but $85. 2 months later I get a bill for nearly $300.

Had a tooth bothering me they determined I needed a crown. Its hurt since the day they did the crown and then wanted me to pay on top of the cost of the crown $800 for a root canal

Even after all this I said I wanted to make an appointment for a cleaning, I hear nothing for nearly 4 months. Then I finally get a call back saying I'm due for a cleaning.

I have a call history showing never getting a return call back. On what was not paid for my biopsy i was 100% told by the lady at the front desk she forgot to include that in my preapproval they submited to my dental company. For it to take 4 months to get a return call on my dental clea ing that is crazy

Blanca peak has highly skilled professionals they make going to the dentist almost fun. Well as fun as it could ever possibly be at a dentist visit. If you’re looking for the best dentist in town Blanca Peak is your place! I’m getting an implant and I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
