Good service. The front desk staff and dental hygeinist were very friendly and professional. They patiently checked on me and worked with me to get an appointment for many months till my insurance kicked in.

I had a dental emergency and found this location by simply googling dentists near me. They came up, I called and drove down to them within minutes. Filled out new patient info, got x-rays done, and had a wisdom tooth pulled all within an hour. I have an appointment soon for a basic exam and plan on being a loyal patient due to the professionalism and quick attention I received from every staff member regarding my emergency. Also, the dentist was very detailed in explaining the problem, next steps, and post care.

I don't like going to the Dentist in any way, but this office is very calm and relaxed, and the Dentists are very good at letting you know your options right up front. I am having my kids go to them. That tells you right there how much I trust them.

Place is hostile to African American community members; they are very rude and act as if patients owe them a favor. Had an appointment, received a call from them, cause they literally harass you to get hold of your dollar; just to be disrespected when I showed up at their door step by a very rude Admin staff; acting toward me as if I showed up unannounced and talking to me like I was a her child. This was the water drop that overflowed my glace; cause, I noted a similar behavior on my previous visit there when I stopped by in person to book an appointment at the time the admin lady was really trying very hard no to help me and I recall she scheduled my appointment 2 months away using Corona Virus situation as the reason why; I disregarded that, but couldn't this time and it took me a tone of energy to keep myself together, but one thing I am sure off is they sure will never get a penny or business from me and really recommend others who look like me to think twice when they go there and put their dollar where their mouth is.

Everyone at H&M Family Dentistry are 1st and foremost, very professional, they are also, very friendly and helpful. Bobbie and Christina in reception are always making you feel like family, when you arrive. Dr. Gao was very professional and very thorough. I highly recommend H&M Family Dentistry.

I disappointingly have to give H&M a very poor rating. I have only been to H&M a couple times. I went to H & M because my previous dentist because he had retired and the office is closed. H & M Family Dentistry seemed to have a warm atmosphere with high standards, and so I gave them try. I was quoted and amount for some work to be done that seemed reasonable. I did not look further as I was assured that the quote wouldn’t fluctuate too much and the Dr. seemed to be knowledgeable and thorough. I had the work completed and was satisfied with the outcome. Several weeks after the appointment I receive a note from my insurance saying that I owed H&M a substantial amount which would make the total cost of the work a little more that double the amount I was originally quoted and paid. I spoke to someone at the office and they assured me that they would talk to the insurance company and find out why there was sch a huge discrepancy. Later I received a letter from H&M saying that I owed them the extra about and to please pay in full today. I was truly dumbfounded and went in to the office to discuss the matter. They apologized, saying that they had made a mistake in their quote, but that I still need to pay the that surprise additional cost and offered a payment plan. Had I been given a quote for the correct amount, I would not have had the work done. I live on a budget and was not prepared to pay for that large sum. I would have either looked elsewhere to see if there was a solution in my price range. So now, the work is already done, and so I am put in a very unfair position. Having supplied art services for customers in the past, I have made mistake with quotes that I provided my customers. I never expected my clients to pay for my underestimation, for my mistake. That is customer service. I understand that the quote is only an estimate and that the final bill can be different from the original quote. I do not believe though, that double the cost is within reason. It really disappoints me that the patients here at H&M are not valued and that they find it ok to surprise their patients with costs far exceeding their quotes. H&M didn’t even offer to at least meet me ½ way for the amount owed do to THEIR MISTAKE. For this, I have to give H&M an F, for failure in customer service. I would NOT recommend for anyone to have dental services here performed here.

Update: After further discussion with the office, the Dr. has discounted the surprise additional amount, but would not meet in the middle. For this I have raised the stars from 1 to 2. I am thankful for the reduction in cost, but personally don't feel the result is fair.

Update:
I am pleased to say, that the Dr. personally called me and offered to meet me a little more than 1/2 way. She seemed sincere in her empathy. I wish this concern and understanding would have happened when the problem first arised, but I am thankful for the end result, which seems fair and reasonable.

I do not love the dentist but this office is an exception.
The office is very clean and the staff is kind and wonderful. The care I received from Dr Sui was excellent. I will have more care here soon. They do use nitrous oxide but no conscious sedation. I hope that changes soon because I am a chicken. Thank you H and M!

I've been coming to this dentist for a couple years now and the staff is always so friendly and knowledgeable. They give you accurate billing estimates before any work is done and they are efficient with your time!

Ive been here a few times. Ive seen both providers and their both great. Very helpful and understanding. They don't make you feel bad about your situation no matter what it is. Def recommend them to everyone
