I had an excellent experience at Panorama Dental. My doctor explained everything before the procedure and what to expect after the procedure. The staff is friendly and caring. They took care of the insurance paperwork. I recommend Panorama Dental for your dental treatments.

First Visit and first impressions are lasting. Front desk staff is very nice and thorough. Processed me in quickly. I didnt wait 5 minutes and I was called back by the dental tech, Ellie who did a great job of putting my anxiety to rest and getting me set up with initial xrays, etc. Dr. V (dentist) diagnosed the issue quickly and even decided that it will be a good idea to save the tooth that is causing the problem. He worked with me to set up a very clear plan of action, mapping out each step. I know what needs to be done and my fears have been quieted at this point. Great staff! Thank you Panorama Dental!

Our dentist joined this group for a very short time & then left, so this is our second (and last) experience with Panoramic Dental. My daughter has a “hollow” space in the bone above her front canine that was causing her a lot of pain. When she called to set up an appointment, she was forced to wait a couple weeks until both the hygienist & the dentist were there so she could get a cleaning as well, since she was overdue. So - today was her appointment. In her 45 minutes there, they X-rayed her back molars on one side, didn’t address the trouble spot and claimed that she did not have a cleaning scheduled. They claim that they are booked out until February for cleanings, but can fit her in tomorrow (she already had to rearrange her work schedule to make today’s appointment.) They did comment that, although she’s had braces twice as a child, my daughter should set up an appointment with them to get more. Seems like they are more interested in getting money for orthodontics work instead of dental, so I guess we are on the hunt for a new dentist...

The oral surgeon cancelled my appointment in February. I called to have it rescheduled in March only to find out (on the day of my rescheduling) that the person I spoke with didn't actually set up anything. Called to get it set up a third time and found out, the day before my appointment, that they set me up for the wrong procedure. At that time, I was also told they don't even have an oral surgeon, which I know isn't true because I already had an appointment with one.

Overall, it seems to me like too many staff members don't know what they're doing and nobody has been willing to actually work with me to solve this issue. As a result, I've just been living with impacted wisdom tooth pain for months after it should have been taken care of.

I have been left crying more than once after multiple unhelpful conversations with this team and months of physical pain. Would highly recommend looking elsewhere for help instead of going to Panorama.

The lady in billing was very helpful and took care of my concerns. Although I am not a patient (my son is) I feel good about his choice of dental office while I'm 1,000 miles away!

Outstanding service on 7/18/18. The Doctor, technicians and office staff are all very professional, friendly and knowledgeable about every aspect of your dental care and in giving advice on your continued dental care. I would advise anyone that is looking for a dentist or thinking about changing your current dentist to seriously consider Panorama Dental, especially Dr. Broda.

I got more than I expected at my most recent dental appointment.
I cannot say that I look forward to my dental appointments, because I am anxious about whether I have at least maintained or improved my oral health. Thanks to the team at Panorama Dental I continue to make improvement. Special thanks to my hygienist (Evon), who continues to reinforce the teachings for proper oral care. I also shared with Evon the sensitivity with hot or cold foods I was experiencing since my last visit. I told her I modified my eating habits to avoid the discomfort that the sensitivity was causing. Evon shared my concerns with the Dr. Valicevic (Dr. V).
Dr. V. came and examined me. Discussed what he saw and went ahead did some “measuring, grinding”, and had Evon apply some “sealant” (in lay person terms).
Yes, I not only left this appointment with that clean teeth and mouth feeling, and I also had my sensitivity issue resolved. It is now 9 days since my appointment, and I am enjoying all my hot and cold foods as I did before. My expectations were truly exceeded.
I continue to trust Panorama Dental with providing the dental needs for my family.

Panorama Dental is amazing! Dr Broda is the only dentist I will go to from now on! He is patient while explaining what he is doing and most importantly, he is gentle! I'm terrified that dental work is going to be painful! The staff is helpful and very nice. I highly recommend them.
