Great place to go if you want fillings done poorly! My girlfriend had 4 teeth worked on only to be told by another dentist that none of the fillings were done correctly. What quality work! Not only this but she was not numbed nearly enough and still had pain during and after the procedure. I would recommend this office very highly if you're the kind of person that likes their teeth to be ruined by medical professionals!

Dr. Anderson has bad reviews on here to the point I almost stayed in pain over going to him. He did great for me. It was an easy process. He did my root canal and made sure I was comfortable. He’s just a no nonsense doctor that gets things done.

Both on the phone and in person the staff was not real happy in their jobs. It look like it was painful to be polite. They force you to do x-rays even for a preventative cleaning when there are no issues. Most dental offices just have you sign a waiver. Oh well we'll go back to my other comfort dental where they don't force things that are unnecessary

It's been quite upsetting to come to a dentist's office for a company I've used for years, only to find out that their dental techs don't know what they are doing. It's absolutely devastating to have failing teeth your whole life and to go and get help to fix them, and to have the "fixes" done incorrectly. I have crooked porcelain crowns that I can't use, and a filling that was just replaced last week was not fully replaced so my nerve was exposed and I could feel it. When I came back in today to have the filling done properly, I was told this actually wasn't the tooth that was worked on last week when I know for a fact that it was. When self conscious patients with failing teeth who have had enough dental work done to practically be a dentist themselves come in and tell you you messed up, please don't lie to them and gaslight them into thinking they aren't understanding what exactly is going on. It's not a good look at all, and now I feel I need to go elsewhere to have my issues fixed which I can't afford. I absolutely love Dr. Craven and his bedside manner and objective way of thinking when it comes to dental work, but I already have enough dental issues without having someone improperly fix them.

I don't like to complain, but this needs to be mentioned under your reviews and I apologize immensely.

Horrible place! My son went there today they broke his tooth and after almost 2 hours couldn't get all the pieces out. I was frustrated called my sister was venting the dentist came out and was defending his reputation when he heard my comments about comfort dental. While he was working on my son he was sweating alot and his hands shaking like tremors. I wanted another dentist to finish and he wouldn't because I was recording them. Very rude staff doesn't care about the patient or the pain we might be in.

Went to see Dr. Adams to have a tooth capped with gold crown. Individual at front desk checked my insurance and told me cost. I questioned cost for just months earlier I had a gold crown and the difference in cost was large. Went back to have perm crown but on, only to find out the crown that arrive was not gold. Dental assistant confirmed it was not a gold crown and that I wanted gold. Dental assistant told me she spoke with female individual at front desk and they will financial reimburse me for the error of I wanted thr crown that was ordered. Dental assistant also repeated this in front of Dr. Adam's for his knowledge. The finished my crown and Dr. Adam's walked me to the front to check out. Individual at front desk told me all was good and dismissed me. I asked her about my refund. She told me I wouldn't get one for I got what I paid for. I asked more questions in confusion. I asked to see the invoice of what was order and billed to my insurance. She continued to display attitude towards me. I asked her why is it that she gives me attitude and her reply was, because I ask too many questions. Mentioned to her, I should be able to ask as many as I need since I am paying it and apparently I didn't ask enough for they ordered the wrong crown. She corninue to show me attitude, was dismissive and did not care about the error, acting as if it was nothing, nothing being I got the wrong type of crown material. This all happened in their office which is open and all individuals in building could hear, so additional back office staff and doctors, to include patients could hear this conflict. And no other employee came forward to assist in the conflict. I told her I wnated to talk to Dr. Adam's and that I will be calling Comfort Dental and my insurance. And left. 1 hour later I called back to hear Dr. Adam's left without calling me. I left a message asking for another message to get to Dr. Adam'sasking him to return my call. 5 days later, still no follow from the office on the error of charging for one thing know to patient and ordering soemthing different without clarifying details between what and who ordered the materials, how the rror occurred and the error in communication of cost. When contacting my insurance, what was billed incorrectly. I have requested a formal investigation on how business is being billed verses how patients are being charged. BEWARE! I believe this is why the female in front office didn't want me asking her questions about services rendered. Concerned as well as to why Dr. Adam's would not return my call.

I was a little worried because of the reviews, but it’s true what they say, people would rather share a terrible experience than a great one. I personally had a great experience today, I had tooth pain for a few days, ended up getting two teeth pulled along with fillings. Dr. Anderson was awesome! I was EXTREMELY nervous, I was shaking! But him and his team (the two dental assistance ROCKED) really made me feel comfortable and talked me through it! I would recommend you see for yourself before you let a “bad review” decide for you.

This was the worst experience I have never had at a dentist office. I went in because I had a filling fall out. Made an appointment, had to wait for over an hour to see the dentist, and he was in a rush to get things done. He took more than half my tooth and drilled holes and placed fillings in teeth that didn’t even need work. I came home in pain and was in no pain when I arrived there. When I called the office they told me fillings are supposed to hurt and to give it a couple days. Then said “you need a root canal in that tooth” Staff is really rude and inexperienced with dental hygiene. They were telling me what I needed done over the phone.

Dr. Craven, thank you so much. You are Amazing. I saw Dr. Anderson at first and felt completely humiliated. The contrast in his bedside manner vs yours is night and day. I so much appreciate you for making the long awaited process of fixing my teeth a not so terrifying experience. You are very good at what you do and I thank you from the bottom of my heart.
Will you marry me? 🤣😉
