I can not express how amazing the whole staff at Dentists of Brighton is. Gabriela at the front desk is so patient and helpful, check in is always so easy. Our dental assistant, Lizbeth was amazing with the kids. All three of my kids had great conversation with her. And they are convinced their dentist, Dr.Ibrahim, is the tooth fairy. She always remembers them and their ages and interests and it blows their minds. My kids actually look forward to their dentist appointments.. which is HUGE!

I could not be happier with this dental office. It has been a struggle to find just the right fit for our family after our previous dentist retired. We are happy to have “hit the bullseye on the first shot” so to speak. I liked the online check in. It was convenient and quick. The technology they use is outstanding. The entire staff (Kristin, Jackie, and Kayla) were courteous and professional. Dr McLain was absolutely wonderful. I could not have been more impressed. I highly recommend them.

Honestly I never thought I would review a dentist office. However, I broke a tooth yesterday. Found this team on a search. They got my tooth fixed in one day, in house crown build, and although I was very nervous no pain and excellent care. I am not a fan of dentist work at all, but the team here is amazing and are my new dentists!! If you are looking for a great dentist this is the one I would highly recommend.

Dr. McLean and his staff are prompt and highly competent and his office is equiped with state of the art tools that can provide same day relief for problems like the broken crown my husband experienced the day before our long awaited Hawaiian vacation. He called for an appointment as a new patient and the problem was repaired quickly and easily, the same day. We had a lovely vacation, the replacement crown has lasted for over 2 years, and Yes we are delighted to remain his patients. Modern dentistry is a marvel and Dr. McLean's office is cutting edge.

I have immense gratitude for the entire team at Dentist of Brighton. I struggle with severe anxiety, and Dr. Mensah as well as Liz made the experience 10x easier. They were very attentive to my needs. Communication was a key factor. Not only was I able to communicate my needs, but they were also met. They treated me with care, and patience (I’m difficult). There was not one moment where I felt bad for being scared. Thank you both as well as the rest of the team; for bringing the care in health care. Would strongly recommend all providers for anyone in need of dental care.

Do not go here.
Went in with a tooth problem. Did tons of x-rays and found a crack in the tooth. The dentist said he believes he can get it and if not the would credit me back the money. Had to go back for an adjustment because I still have pain. I gave it a week and still had issues with that tooth. Had to schedule a visit with a professional. He spent 20 seconds looking and used his prob to check for pockets.
He said it's clear what is going on with that tooth. It's cracked down the roots and is not salable and the only reason I'm not in so much pain is that the infection has a way to leak out.
So had to do an emergency extraction of the tooth.
I have paid them off in full and I closed out the card I used.
Now, these people are fighting me on crediting me back the money.
500 cash out of my pocket and the rest on my card that I paid off and closed for a total of around 1,800.
When asking for the office manager's boss's name and number, she refused to give it to me.
I have spent close to 10,000 on dental work in their office for my daughter. The last time I had my daughter in, they made the commitment that she might not have needed the root canal on a tooth, that is next to the original tooth we went in for.
They do not listen to what you tell them. They said that the original tooth we went in for needed work but there was other things that needed attention first. So we went with what they said. Well here we are still have issues with that tooth. While we were in there for that tooth is when they made that comment that she may not have needed the root canals on the teeth next to the original tooth we went in for.
So now I have to battle these jerks to get my money back.
They want their money now but want to fight tooth and nail to get my money back.
They will screw you out of money if you do not pay attention to every detail.
