Each time I visit their clinic, I always have a wonderful and pleasant experience. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The dental hygienists and/or assistants have always been friendly and welcoming. The service is always prompt, I never had to wait long. Dr. Bethers makes me laugh with his sense of humor. Gabriel also had a pleasant experience when he visited. We love going there. Not only that they are cordial in person, they are also always polite and kind over the phone. I have nothing bad to say about them, only great things. I love going there!

Dr. Anderson is great; he took time to put my 19-year old at ease on a scary day for her. Unfortunately she needed a root canal, but he gently talked her through and explained every step of the way. She ended up learning a bunch of medical stuff that will help her in college- priceless! Thank you very much, we are happy and will continue to take our family here.

I've read the negative reviews, and thus far, that hasn't been our experience. Yes, the wait was a bit long, especially for a child with Sensory Processing disorder/Anxiety dx. But, once we got out of the waiting room, we were greeted with a sweet, PATIENT dental assistant who took x-rays and cleaned my son's teeth. She was understanding when I mentioned he has sensory issues, and worked at his pace, letting him use his earphones, fidget, and take as many breaks as he needed for water. This is probably why everyone complains about the long wait! Our dentist, who was the luck of the draw I believe, was Dr. Craven. He seemed unphased by our son's sensory issues and was easy-going and "cool"(10 yr olds review). Very easy to talk to, not condescending, and again, patient. He listened, offered advice about teeth maintenence without pushing services, and was straight forward. Thankfully, my son didn't have any cavities. We were overall quite happy with that visit. I made an appointment for my husband with the same dentist and he also had a good experience. Again, no services other than a checkup and cleaning were rendered. It may be a different story all together when dental work is needed, but for now we will continue with this dentist only based on our family's experience with him to date.

We have been seeing Dr. Anderson for the past five years and have been completely satisfied. He is so patient with us and always explains what he is doing and why. We met Eddie during our last appointment where we learned that my little one had some cavities. Eddie, immediately volunteered to come in to assist with the next appointment. We have feel in love with Eddie and his ability to keep her calm. My little one has requested to only see Eddie and Dr. Anderson from now on. Great job on always putting your patient's comfort first. So pleased with this dentist office!!

I continue going to brighton comfort dental because everyone there is professional and friendly. I have taken my family here for 3 years and typically see Dr. Adam. He is knowledgeable, experienced, and continues to care for my family's needs. I highly recommend them.

Do yourself and family a favour and choose a different dentist. My sister went in for a filling and wisdom teeth removal. The staff were rude and rough. The filling was uneven and caused my sister quite a bit of discomfort. Go find yourself a competent dentistry practice

I had a wonderful experience. I went in for a check up thinking I had cavities. Turns out I did. The dentist was able to fix them right away at the same visit. I really appreciated how kind all the staff were.

My mother had all her top teeth pulled out and had a denture made. She's been in at least over 20xs because you guys can not get her denture to fit correctly. She can hardly eat certain foods because they keep falling. Every time she goes in the dentist never sees her. Its only the YOUNG girls who obviously don't know what their doing because my mom has to keep going back to get her denture fix!! This is not right!! Its completely unacceptable!!! Because they made her top denture so heavy, when she was talking her bottom partial tooth broke off from the top denture!! You guys need to fix this!! She don't need to pay a dime to you guys! Your the one who obviously can't do the job right!!! I wouldn't even give this place a star!

Never again will go here. Started off with them giving me the antibiotics that I was allergic to. When it was specifically said when they asked if I was allergic to any medications. Got wisdom teeth pulled out and healing started to get worse with a high fever and the it was still bleeding. this is 4 days after. We called and they ended up apologizing because they were supposed to stitch where they took out the wisdom teeth but didn't end up doing that. I'd give 0 stars if I could. Never again.

If i could give it zero stars I defined would! I took my 1yr old daughter with her two front teeth chipped due to a truma that she had. Dentist didn’t even bother to look at her teeth, told me not to worry that they were eventually going to fall out. Six months later and for her check up turns out she had an infection and had to get her teeth pulled due to the chipping in her teeth. If the dentist would have cared a little more or even taken two minutes out of his day to actually look in her mouth, maybe just maybe filled them in to prevent cavities or rotting, my daughter would have not had to loose her teeth. I certainly would not recomend anyone to this dentist and I will certainly not be going back!
