The drive from Denver is worth it because I have found my dental home! All the staff are so welcoming and professional. Dentists here take the time to explain and answer all my questions. There are never hidden costs, because before anything is done, I know how much I will be paying. I was nervous for my cavity repair and crown placement but Dr. Mensah was so kind and made me feel at ease. The procedure was seamless and they even did an X-ray afterwards to make sure everything looked great. Just hours later I am without any numbness or discomfort!
I highly recommend this practice for honest, quality dental care.

It was great until I got the EOB from the insurance showing a Patient Responsibility of over $450 for a first consultation. Had I known it would be that much I could've saved us all the time and effort. Didn't need to pay hundreds of dollars to find out my insurance sucks and I can't afford to fix my face.

Before I go into my issues at Dentist of Brighton, I want to make clear some people at the company have tried to resolve my issues, but sadly its been a uphill struggle.
In summary
I went in for a basic dental checkup, the check up was fine, no issues with this. We provided our insurance details, paid what we had to pay, and we left, sometime later I received a letter saying I owed around $500. This letter was from a collection company. I called and said we had already paid the bill, I was told that the insurance hadn’t paid for the $500, and that they were chasing the insurance company. I was told not to worry about it.
I kept on receiving letters from a collection agency, and each time I rang the dentist I was told not to worry. Well, the collection company but the debt in to collection on my credit file, I rang Dentist of Brighton to see what is going on. I was told the insurance company did in fact pay the $500 and that I was to get a refund. Still waiting on the refund. Problem with this company, you need to chase them to get things done!

Super Great & Friendly Office. Highly knowledgeable staff (Dentist, Techs, Dental Assistants, Dental Hygienists!!) You all ROCK - you made today's experience amazing - very respectful and fun: going to the dentist makes me anxious due to my childhood experiences (I am now 50 and still working through the guilt and shame I was made to feel as a kid with cavities then needed braces). Today has forever improved and helped me on my path to leave the past behind - I am SOOOO happy to have found this group and never plan on changing dentists!!! The Hygienist are also amazing they always remember you and pick up conversations from where they left off.
