I'm not normally nervous at the dentist but I had a very stressful few days leading up to my appointment and was feeling a little nervous about having a procedure with local anesthesia for the first time since I was a teenager. Savannah was very nice and made me feel relaxed. She used topical numbing gel first and I barely felt the local anesthesia injections. The procedure was painless and my gums felt fine afterwards.
I believe Anne was my hygienist at my new patient appointment a few months ago and she was just as good, very thorough in explaining what my x-rays showed and what I would need done. Dr. Oliveira was also very thorough in his explanations and answered all of my questions. I have another appointment in a few weeks to get some fillings replaced which I was also feeling a little nervous about, but now I feel much better and am confident that everything will be fine and as painless as possible. Isn't that what we all want out of a dentist visit? 🙂 Highly recommend Bradburn Village Dentistry!
An added bonus - I was able to make my new patient appointment via email. This was very helpful since their hours are mostly during my working hours. Becky was helpful when I needed to reschedule one of my appointments via email as well. They also have a short call list and you get emails/texts when a sooner appointment opens up.

Dr.Oliveira and Kacie are the best! I was very nervous the day of my appointment but they made me super comfortable. I liked how they work as a team. Very efficient. They are very articulate to my concerns. Also Tammy at the office is so nice and friendly.

I've never had a terrible experience at the dentist so when I say I had a really good experience here, I'm comparing to other good experiences which should say a lot. Amber was absolutely excellent, super friendly, super gentle. Likewise with Dr. Oliveria. Front desk staff also really friendly and communicative.

Save yourself the time and hassle of trying to find a dentist other than Dr. Oliveira and Dr. Winters. I saw Dr. Oliveira and Ashley for my first appointment, they were both efficient, gentle and had a wonderful bedside manner. The Doctor recommend a preventive plan for my teeth, never pushing me to buy/do anything that was not needed. The front staff and their practice manager Tammi all made me feel so welcome! I drive a little to get here, but it is 100% worth the trip! All they need now is an office dog :)

We were initially referred here by a close friend after our first visit with a specialized pediatric team left our child quite terrified of going to the dentist. However, our experience with Bradburn has been so positive that we continue to see Dr. Oliveira (and the amazing team) for my kiddo’s care even after moving much farther away from the practice. Love this team! The front office was very accommodating to get me in after I chipped my front tooth. Kacie and Dr. Oliveira did an amazing job fixing my tooth as well as a cosmetic defect I've had my whole life. They were caring, gentle, and paid attention to detail. Would recommend them to anyone!

What a positive/excellent dental experience I have received for several years at Bradburn Village Dentistry. The Administrative/Office staff greet me with a smile and are very friendly.
The Hygienists Amber and Becky are absolutely friendly and knowledgeable about what I need to do to keep healthy gums and teeth - brush teeth at least twice daily and floss.
Since using the Burst water flosser and the original Listerine, my gums are healthier now without a "4" with my gums last Tuesday for the first time.
Dr. Eric Winter, DDS and Dr. Brian Oliveira, DDS are absolutely exceptional and friendly as well. I highly recommend Bradburn Village Dentristy to anyone needing a dentist office who exudes professionalism, knowledgeable, friendly, and very thorough.
I strongly believe that if you have fear of going to the dentist, you will be more relaxed at Bradburn Village Dentistry. Lastly, I feel that a dentist may be able to see the beginning of a disease through our gums or teeth.
