Dr Lee was fabulous. The whole staff was professional, polite, personable and made me feel very comfortable. I know the dentist isn't the most pleasant place to be, but this office earned my trust. Thank you again for your service.

I am not a fan of going to the dentist, in fact it causes me a ton of anxiety and I am so relieved I found a fantastic dental practice. Dr. Lee and the staff are very knowledgeable, friendly, thorough and gentle. I have been a patient since Feb 2021 and received two cleanings (very meticulous) and a crown replacement. Dr. Lee is very clear and walks you through the procedure ( which helps me tremendously). I trust this establishment so much my mother who was visiting had a small procedure done here as well. Thank you for the superb service!

So accommodating in meeting my family’s scheduling needs. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. Dr. Le took the time to explain his recommendations and treatment plans. I get nervous at dental appointments but they made me feel really comfortable.

My mom had went In Multiple times and I couldn’t figure out why she kept getting charged so much money?before the last procedure I talked with the office management and asked for an exact price to get the procedure done because she had already paid out thousands. They had printed it out and showed me it would be $2000 and change for the final procedure . After her paying the $2,000 and change from getting the work done. They billed her for roughly another $1,700 dollars. They are dishonest and I feel like they take advantage of elderly people. Roughly a few weeks after her procedure she had a cracked tooth and other issues. We will definitely not be going back there!! I would give them less then one star for quality of work and dishonesty if I could.

I started coming to Fox Creek this year and have been so impressed with the level of care and service provided. They are extremely thorough in their cleanings and professional all around. Their front desk employee is also incredibly wonderful! When we first spoke on the phone she was friendly and prompt to help setup my appointment, and has been just as friendly in person at my appointments thereafter. Highly recommend!

The whole team at Fox Creek Family Dental is outstanding — across the board, they are so welcoming, friendly, and are top-notch professionals. Dr. Brandon Lee is great, he fully explained what he would be doing, and even better made me laugh throughout. I also made connections with the staff, lots of love from Western Mass, and great conversations. The environment itself is very awesome, with beautiful artwork, paintings and lamps. Highly recommended!

The facility is beautiful. The staff is welcoming and friendly. They are very proactive about moving appointments sooner than scheduled. Ashley and Tanya are amazing! It's a very relaxed atmosphere. I highly recommend this office for your dental needs!

I had such an incredible experience today in a really tough situation.
I have a bone disease that affects my teeth severely. I haven't been to the dentist in years and I let my teeth go.
When I came in to Dr. Le's office today, I was very nervous and embarrassed.
This was my first time in their office.
Alyssa, the office manager was very cordial and available the entire time. Jennifer the front desk receptionist was extremely welcoming and gave me a very nice gift. There office is clean and beautiful with amazing artwork by Dr.Le.
Tina was my x-ray tech and hygienist. She was very calm and gentle. She explained everything she was doing before she did it. She was very friendly and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable.
When I got to meet Dr. Le, he was just as sympathetic. I felt like they really cared about me and my situation.
I never felt rushed or like they were taking advantage of me.
I have a very extreme case where I feel like I should be nervous and I wasn't at all. I can't wait to go back and have everything taken care of.
I highly recommend this dental office to all of my friends and family.

I had lots of dental work done here over the past 6-months .

Dr. Le always expresses interest in his patients, including giving them time and space to ask questions (the #1 thing I value in patient care). He also calls after every significant treatment to see how you are doing. Nearly all the art in the office was made by Dr. Le, wow! I feel a nice amount of mutual respect when Dr. Le calls me "Dr. Wooten."

Kelly is one the most gentle dental assistants I have ever encountered. Another dental assistant, Phoebe is incredibly friendly and inquisitive, always checking in and making sure you are doing okay during a procedure. This is definitely a talented and welcoming office.

I’ve been to several dentists and have been the most comfortable at this one. Warm and friendly office. They take pictures as well as X-rays which makes the treatment plans less cryptic. So far I am pleased with all the work done. Can’t beat the first cleaning/exam being free.
