This is a great office, they're all very friendly, the dental assistants always answer every question I have . Don't get annoyed when I talk pretty much non-stop ! Even with dental tools in mouth I still talk. And Dr. Vick always double checks everything, and talks over everything with you before you leave. I would highly recommend this office. They're great .

Shadow Rock is a wonderful dentistry to have your dental needs attended to. They have been really nice, knowledgeable and thorough for all of my dental needs. A special acknowledgment for their amazing hygienist! She is a guru at the top of her profession and a lovely person that is very informative and calming if you’re ever a little anxious or have some questions.

Shadow Rock Dentistry is so amazing. I had a dental emergency, I called them, left a VM and within 5 minutes they texted me back providing me a time to come in in the next few hours. The staff is super friendly and Dr. V is very friendly and thorough. We are very happy to have them as our dentists.

It might be because I haven't been to the dentist in a while, but I was super surprised by the technological advances in dentistry during my visit haha. They have a massive machine that took a 360 xray and it was cool to see a full view of my mouth like that. They also took like 8 closer x-rays looking for cavities and such and it was a digital imaging machine making it super quick! They didn't judge me based off the condition of my teeth and didn't pressure me on any of their recommendations, simply provided the details and left it up to me. They had sent me my paperwork ahead of time via text link so I didn't have to get their early. The Dr. came to examine my teeth halfway through the cleaning and didn't waste time, just checked my teeth, suggested a mouth guard for my grinding and jaw pain, and left the hygienist to finish. She referred to me as her patient and I scheduled with her for my next cleaning 6 months out and I think it's cool that she'll be my dedicated hygienist. The lobby is decorated with lots of awards and after my experience, I feel they were all well deserved! Thanks guys!!!

I went in for an exam and the dentist stated that I had 2 fillings overtop of 2 cavities. He refused to fill teeth 20 & 22 that he gave estimates for filling 2 opposite teeth #'s 10 & 14. I asked for my 4 signed estimates they gave me two of the 4 excluding the 2 teeth that I paid out of pocket for. Note these 2 teeth were pd for by insurance and he has collected twice refusing a refund.

So after writing this review they refunded my 259.00; however, they are still unwilling to give me the signed / scanned copies of the two estimates I signed on teeth 20 & 22.

Before I complete this review I need add some additional information such as the hygienist was drilling and filing my teeth as the doctor was in the other room.

I have been completely violated by this office. They have taken advantage of both myself and the insurance company by filling teeth unnecessarily.

Note: offices are not required to submit before and after xrays of your fillings leaving ample room for them do unnecessary work.

Choose your dentist wisely.

Technician even said that she would have to get the doctor to ask questions as he would be doing the drilling; then 10 minutes later she had the drill in her hand. I watched the office assistant scan my documents in which they have either been deleted or you are just refusing to deliver the requested information. Anyway I am suffering from PTSD and you are partially at fault for this as I am waking up all hours of the night worried about my teeth.

Excellent group of people, never have issues. I would recommend them to anyone inquiring of a great dentist office.

I've been a loyal customer of Shadow Rock Dentistry for 9 years now. Dr.Vik is awesome and I highly recommend him for, not only his quality dentistry, but for his excellent customer service throughout the years.

Hard to give that review to ' ANY ' Doc in Castle Rock CO so this is a huge compliment!
Why this kind of review, because the Man and his staff work on Medicare and Medicaid patients and treat them with dignity and respect regardless of their form of payment.
Humane and fair treatment regardless of finances!
But isn't that why a ' DOC' takes an oath? To do no harm?

Commendable Dr. VIC and staff for your humane treatment of patients. Many had to get on these services during the Pandemic because of the complications that it caused and Doctors like this get that!

Always very friendly and the hygienist that cleaned my teeth she is very nice and cleans your teeth with care and doesn't hurt at all.

My family of five are patients of Shadow Rock and we have only good things to say about our experiences with Dr. Vic and his staff! He doesn’t push unnecessary work on you. When I needed a filling replaced, he replaced the filling. He didn’t try to get me to pay for a new crown which my last dentist did. My cleanings have been so easy. Shawna is seriously the best at what she does! She’s very thorough and gentle.
