Very welcoming, great experience.

Expectations about COVID protections differed from experience. Though experience was very safe, just not what was represented when contacted about appointment. Very satisfied with dental experience and care.

Awful awful horrible can't do dentures
18 months this has been going on at least.
After a bad infection from the extraction.
After many visits to get the temporary dentures to fit, with the use of extraordinary amounts of glue daily I've used them. Used them till the time to get the permanent teeth.

They start by taking casts of your gums. Unfortunately there's no record of how your teeth looked prior so you have to verbally describe what a smile should like on your face. That you would like the teeth to line up under your nose straightly and follow through to your chin. You would like mostly teeth to show and not primarily gums. This is all news to them.
So after drawing a smile mentally, you eventually get "wax" teeth to simulate your new dentures. You wear them for a minute, literally, you inpect them in your phone camera, on 2 visits I got a small mirror.. they say you look great despite reality. Then you SIGN for them. You would assume the dentist would give you honest, trustable, opinions on the appearance.

The final committed teeth come. They may or may not be what you wanted. However YOU SIGNED, THEY say you look great. My first set of permanent teeth were laughable!!! Ridiculous and they said they're fine and it's my mouth. After a verbal struggle. Angrily, they agreed ONE MORE TRY!
OK.. same thing . I was so hoping the teeth were ok, and they said they're super, even before I tried them.. I did accept the finals of the second attempt. Based on their word of how they looked.
After seeing a client, a stranger, who asked me if I knew these teeth were wildly inaccurate. I said I thought it was just me. My girlfriend and family told me how awful they were.
I return.. again.. to the dentist's astonishment and disbelief, I went into what a smile should look like on my face and so they grind and grind and add epoxy and grind some more.
These teeth look bad. They feel worse. Rough and like there's food in my teeth because the teeth are ground along the face of the teeth up to the gums.
I begged the insurance to help and get me usuable teeth. Do you have to go to a bad dentist again and again?
I build cabinets and do carpentry. If everything I built was poor. Would you want me trying again and again or what..

Just a follow up. Another dentist agreed the dentures are not done well and need to be redone. They would like to redo them but Shadow Rock has the money from insurance. I've asked for Shadow Rock to own up and return the wasted money on unusable dentures but they've refused to acknowledge their mistake.
Go to Shadow Rock dentist at your own risk!
In 84 months I can try again unless I want to wear slanted and twisted teeth that are half filed down and rough on an entire side.
Thank you Shadow Rock dentistry

I am so happy to be in such caring hands, watchful eyes and experience of Dr. Vikash Kanchanlal. I had some partial denture problem and Dr. Kanchanlal fixed it, not once but twice. I thank him for moving me from my gum pain to gum comfort.
