Amazing experience today at Bear Creek Dental! I have avoided going to the dentist for too many years due to the discomfort I have experienced in the past. Linda, the receptionist was very helpful with directions, insurance and getting the ball rolling.
Maryanne (I think is the name), the gal that helped with the x-rays was very pleasant, helped with information and very empathetic. She helped me to feel at ease.
Nicole, (I believe dental hygenist?) was INCREDIBLY helpful with information and recommendations. I bought the $30 electric toothbrush and I am AMAZED at the results! Her communication skills were excellent and she was very helpful.
Jessie Mastin, the dentist, was very good with diagnostics and creating the treatment plan. I appreciate how he has a number of options due to his abilities - I would not be "farmed out" to another office. HE called me today to see how I was feeling. I appreciate how sensitive he was to my situation, offering options and reminding me if pain progresses or troubles arise to call the office.

I contacted Bear Creek Dental explaining my concern and was welcomed immediately as a new patient and given an immediate same day appointment.
