I have been visiting this practice since 2013 when we first moved to the Springs. Dr Spaeth was a very friendly Dentist and he will be missed.

Dr Carter, the new dentist is fantastic. He's friendly, you can tell he smiles behind his mask. I appreciate he's not trying to push procedures onto you without double checking the necessities.

Dr Carters staff is great. Friendly, bubbly, knowledgeable.

I'll recommend Dr Carter and his staff at all times.

It is so nice to be able to find a great dental office! Because of our insurance the last 10 years we have been going to a corporate dental office. THEY ARE TERRIBLE!

When we found this dental office in our insurance list we immediately switched. What a wonderful decision.

This dental office reminds me of the dental office I worked at years ago. They are so friendly and the office is very clean. Dr. Carter is wonderful! He takes the time to explain procedures to you and works hard to find the root of the problem instead recommending unneeded procedures.

Tried making an appointment and called twice to verify that our insurance is in network. First Time I was told it was not but they will call me to verify (They never called). The second time I called I was told that they put in paperwork to opt out the DHMO netowork so that they will not take our insurance any longer which is Cigna DHMO. They are most definitely in network. I feel rejected and I work in insurance as a profession at a medical office so I know you don't just put in paperwork to opt out of certain networks. The insurance chooses what network they want you in once you apply to be in network so I know that's a lie. Its inpolite to not want to see someone because you simply think their insurance won't pay as good as PPO. you guys are definitely in network and cannot opt out.

I recently went to the office for a cleaning and check up. I was able to meet the new dentist. Dr Carter was really nice and I loved getting to talk with him. I was happy with how my cleaning went and they treated me great! I will gladly go there and recommend them to anyone that is looking for a dentist in the area. Give them a chance and you will be happy you did.

This is a very professional office. The new dentist, Dr Carter, was friendly and efficient. I had his hygienist Pam do my cleaning, and she was gentle but thorough. I was told they are in the process of getting more staff ( like every other business), but that didn’t seem to affect their ability to provide excellent patient care. I give them a 5 star review.

Been going to Broadmoor valley dental since 2008 and all the sudden Oliver decided to sell his practice without notifying the patients. Then I was told that he sent out cards in the mail saying he has sold his practice which I never got. I am supposed to be going in for a cleaning and now I'll find out they do not have enough help. Looking for a new dentist pretty sad when I trusted Broadmoor valley dental and get treated like this. They need to work on their people skills Raven and Jennifer the people up front are rude as hell. I talked to other people about this and they also said they were rude.

I have been going to this office for years, but I have by far my best experience last week. I had Jasmine (I hope this is spelled correctly!) as my hygienist, and for the first time, I left with my mouth feeling just as clean as I usually would, but without my entire mouth aching. She was bubbly and kind, and most importantly, gentle. I was super impressed and I hope to see her next time I am in!

I called to ask about a lab case (I called from another dental office where I work) to see if they had received it and Raven had zero kindness along with zero customer service skills. It’s unfortunate that the practice suffers due to the lack of customer service or kindness when people call because that is the first impression patients receive.
