Wow--what can I say that would accurately describe my experience. Since I was young I have had a deep seeded phobia about the dentist, but the staff at Northgate Dental has been amazing. From the very moment I walked in the door the first day, the staff has greeted me and made me feel so comfortable. Everyone there is warm and welcoming and thoroughly answered all my questions and concerns. I actually look forward to going to the dentist now. Thank you Northgate Dental for giving me my smile back.

I recently had my teeth cleaned here (after not going to a dentist for almost two years) and man, did they do a wonderful job! I was able to complete all of my paperwork online, so when I arrived for my appointment I was almost instantly taken care of. Front desk staff were very polite and offered me coffee/water when I arrived. Melissa performed my cleaning and definitely did an amazing job! After not having a cleaning in two years I was nervous, but she was so gentle and got me out of there so fast! I will definitely recommend you all to everyone I know, and you surely have obtained my repeat business. Thanks again!

So happy to have found this crew at Northgate Dental. Staff is so professional but they make you feel sooo relaxed (which is important when visiting any doc or having a procedure). They are efficient and certainly know what they are doing no matter which cubicle you are assigned you are well taken care of! Easy for me to say I highly recommend them but more importantly go visit them yourself and be as impresssed as I have been with Dr. Carter and the fantastic staff he has surrounded himself with.

Top notch dental practice. I’ve had a lot of work done on my mouth and I’ve been to dentist all over the country. Northgate dental gets an A++++. Staff is professional, caring and attentive. Even got a follow up call from Dr Morgan later that evening to see how I was doing. I have more dental work to be done and will definitely be returning to Northgate dental.

I have extreme dental phobia and if it were not for Northgate Dental and their sedation dentistry, I probably would not be able to go to the dentist. We have been going to them for many years now. I feel that they always know the latest in dentistry. Recently I had to have a crown replaced and the new one was made while I waited rather than having a temp crown put on and going back 2 weeks later for the permanent crown. How nice! They know my husband and me and we are not just numbers. They are very kind and patient with me which I really appreciate. They really are the best in every way.

I hate to leave negative reviews because so many times it's just human error or a bad day that happens to us all when things go awry. But, my experience at Northgate Dental seems wrong to me and here's why.
Due to a change in insurance coverage, I need to find a new dentist. So I tried Northgate Dental. In just 6 months from my last dental appointment, they said a cavity developed and some kind of disease that has already compromised the bone! I wondered how this happened in a mere 6 months. And to boot, the dental hygienist communicated these diagnoses to me and gave me the cost estimates for them (over $1,000 after insurance paid) before the doctor could even see me. I decided to get a second opinion at my next dental cleaning with another dentist.
I just went for that second opinion and there's no cavity on that tooth, and there's no disease, and my bones are healthy. He showed me why on the X-rays so I could see for myself. I think I found my new dentist!

I'm not a fearful person, but after my last 2 dentist visits, I just haven't been back to one in years. I let the staff at Northgate know that I was a bit of a baby when it came to work in my mouth. The staff was extremely kind and professional. At no time did I feel like I was rushed, or impeding on their work day. Communication between staff was superb, it may seem trivial, but they use headsets to communicate, which is definitely effecient when you see it in action!
Bottom line, hands down the #1 best experience I have ever had at a dentist office. Highly recommend you give them a go!!

I am beyond grateful for the staff, and Dentist! From the time I made contact by phone to walking in the door, I was greeted with a friendly welcome all the way around! The office was beautiful and felt warm (like home). I was squeezed in to such a busy schedule as a new patient with a semi emergency with open arms! This is my new Dental office! The end of my visit, had me sold with the silver platter of goodies, but not to forget I love my smile 😁 Thank you North Gate Family!

The technicians I have worked with - over several years - are well trained and open to all questions I have surfaced. And their answers are candid without attempting to present any hint of "upselling" products or services.
Dr. Carter appears to maintain high standards in using the latest proven technologies in periodental cleanings, X-rays and manufacturing crowns.
I am personally confident, comfortable and very pleased with Dr. Carter and his staff.
