Saw Emily and Dr Schumborg and they were wonderful. They ensured i did not feel any pain, they made sure they were doing things well, communication was great. Daniel in the front desk was very kind, thorough and even though he was leaving he stayed and checked me out so i would not have to wait and he was the one who gave me the estimate. Highly recommend!

I don't have a benchmark to compare; I needed a dentist; Prominent is in proximity, super easy to schedule an appointment, and easy to do the new patient onboarding. The staff is professional and friendly. I like that Dr. Collette adds warmth; he's thorough, keeps you informed, and, best of all, given the procedure, he followed up the next day to check-in. It's the simple things, and I appreciate their effort.

A note to those complaining about the pricing, dental work is expensive, especially when it goes beyond maintenance work. I'm unsure if you can negotiate; you're not buying a car. You're presented with the options; take your pick that makes the most economic sense, but do you want to go the cheap route with your mouth?

02/2023 Update: I'm still a fan. I went in for emergency work and was scheduled to see someone else. Instead, Dr. Collette came to the front office, greeted me, and told me he'd take care of me, and that's after a year of not having seen me. That level of attention builds loyalty; I will binge on sugar, so I have an excuse to go back :-)

I have been coming here for over a year now and have had a pleasant experience each visit. The staff are friendly and quick to help me with any questions or concerns. Dr. Madejczyk has been doing the work for my braces. She is always very personal and inclusive when it comes to the care of my oral health. Overall a really great and diverse team. I would recommend going here to everyone!

I’ve seen several providers at this office now and have been very pleased with my experiences. Most recently I saw Dr. Helm and she was extremely thorough in the exam, explained my diagnosis in an understandable way, and gave an exceptional cleaning. Our whole family has established care here. It’s also wonderful Prominent Point provides wisdom teeth removal and orthodontics, for when our kiddos get to that stage. Thank you Prominent Point team!

I put off going to the dentist too long honestly, but I totally didn't feel judged! Dr. Richard Collette did something you don't always see a doctor do, he listened. I felt like he understood my concerns and when I left he addressed all of them. He was super nice and professional and you could tell he cared! I really felt cared about when I sat in the chair to get worked on but the thing that impressed me the most is that he listened and was super cool! I will be coming back in 6 monthes which is something I suck at but the positive experience made me set up a followup! :) Thank you Dr. Collette and all the other people there for making this a positive experience. You all rock! :)

PP dental has been amazing! They have been my dentist since 2013. I love that they can create crowns right in the office! The staff is so kind and helpful! Great location, and I have a great experience everytime.

I've been looking for a new dentist for over a year since my insurance changed and I had to switch from my previous dentist, which I had loved. After trying three other places, I landed at Prominent Point and will be sticking with them. The overall feel and decor is a little corporate for my taste, but that doesn't matter to me nearly as much as my interactions with the people. Dr. Mackenzie Schumborg was fantastic! I had a bunch of questions and she was very patient and I really felt like she was listening to my concerns. She and the hygienist helped me brainstorm some ideas for my dry mouth which had started several months ago out of the blue. Kirsten B was my hygienist, and I really appreciated her kind demeanor, and the way she communicated really well on what she was doing and how long it would take. Nobody likes getting their teeth cleaned and it was helpful to know when she was done with one section and what would come next. Thanks for a positive experience!
