Be ready to be up sold. High pressure sales environment for procedures not covered by insurance at costs much higher than other providers. Called insurance and they said that there costs were not in line with the market overall.
Once you are allowed to leave with out committing to the unnecessary and/or overpriced procedures you will receive emails insisting that the procedure at there costs is time sensitive and offering financing options which are extremely overpriced. Overall felt the experience was a sales pitch that a check up.

I recently visited with Dr. Schumborg when I moved to the area and needed a new dentist. Dr. Schumborg genuinely cares for her patients and spends time to get to know us as a person prior to starting the appointment. This is so important because I haven’t always been a fan of dental cleanings but she managed to put me at ease. Her assistant was also fantastic and very personable as well; no awkward conversations or average small talk. Dr. Schumborg might be a younger dentist, however that shouldn’t stop you from booking your next appointment. She’s very professional, kind, and an expert in the field of dentistry!

10 years ago I had my retainer fitted at the ortho here, and recently came back for a regular teeth cleaning. Great experience despite my sensitive gums (gotta floss). Everyone was nice and properly masked, Dr. Conrad answered all the questions I could come up with. The assistant Cesar was very knowledgeable and pleasant to talk with. Will come back.

I always am treated well and feel confident in the care I am provided. Very nice staff!

They worked with me to get all my work done last minute so it would be covered under 2018 insurance, so that I could finish the work needed in 2019. They were attentive and made sure I was 100% comfortable. Marta and the front desk staff are so nice! Dr. Pucel was awesome and explained everything in detail and gave honest recommendations.

Dental staff is so kind, specially Julie. She’s so sweet and loving always caring about how you feel and recover. They also take out wisdom teeth in the same location so you don’t have to worry about going to another location. I’m glad I found this dentist !

So glad we found Prominent Point! Had issues with our first dentist's opinion, and the next one the reception was rude to me, but here we are like family.

They are even great with our younger kids too, including special needs kids. Love the orthodontist and they have someone who can do root canals too. Once had a filling not in top shape after a few years so they replaced it for free ! Won't go anywhere else now. Great service!

12/24/19 update:
Had an appointment for my 7 yr old with autism & anxiety issues. He has almost always struggled with dental appointments, but during this one he was the least cooperative he's ever been. He continually refused to open his mouth. He had sensory issues with every flavor they used for cleaning his teeth. He would say he was ready, then ask for "just a second" which would turn into 10 minutes.
Through a GREAT deal of patience, the hygenist worked with him letting him sample or smell every possible flavor. Glad they had choices and were willing to work with him. I appologized that he was being so uncooperative, and she assured me several times that it was fine, as we would wait for him to let her take another quick turn to polish. (Eventually, she got all of the bottom row and 2 of the top teeth done. SuperHygenist award there!) We had to stop when he threw up from gagging, but she found him a shirt he could wear home! The xray technician and dentist were also great! Love our whole team!

Have been going to this office for years, very happy overall.

Beware. They will recommend the MOST expensive option when giving you results of an exam. On two occasions they did this to me. The first was to recommend work that I declined and 10 years later my current dentist STILL has NOT recommended anything on the same area.
Second was a front chipped tooth situation. They added a composite material that evened it out. Expensive. It wore away within 5 years. My current dentist said they could also do a composite fix but DIDN’t recommend it since it would continue to wear away with time again. They said the chipped tooth was slightly longer than my other non chipped front tooth and offered to lightly file it for free to smooth the chip and match the other tooth. PERFECT results. I was never given the option to just file the chipped tooth with Prominent Point dentistry and would never go back again, let alone trust their recommendations to be in my best interests over their ability to bill me for a service.

I see Dr Gillette and she is wonderful! She is very thorough and spent a lot of time making sure I understand what is going on in my mouth and my options for maintaining my oral health and clearing up some issues I've had. The other staff was very friendly and helpful.
