I used to love this place and recommend it to people. However, it has changed and I can no longer say that my experience is positive. A while back, they canceled my appointment three times in a row due to low staff, which is understandable. However, on the third time they canceled, they didn’t even tell me until I called to confirm the appointment an hour beforehand. Then, a little over two months ago, I went in to get fitted for a replacement retainer. I paid $440 for the retainer, and they said they’d call me when it arrives. Over two months later, I’ve received no call. I’ve called the office twice to check on it, and every time I’ve called, I get transferred to a call center where someone tells me they’ll look into it and call me back. I’ve yet to get a call back.

UPDATE: I finally got in touch with someone in the office last Monday. They said that my retainer molds had been lost. I asked for a refund and have yet to receive it. It’s unacceptable to be out $440 for almost 3
months for a product I will never receive.

The new office staff is so incredibly friendly and informative. My previous time with the old staff often felt rushed, with questions unanswered and lingering anxiety. This new staff knows what they’re doing!
Dr. Hasso was quick to answer my questions, let me know what’s going on, and what steps I need to take. He took as long as he needed to reassure me of everything, and I’ve never felt so comforted in a dental office. They genuinely care about their patients here, and I look forward to this clean slate for them and all of their new patients.

The office accommodated me since my car was stuck in a snow storm and managed to give me some extra time.

They use epic which is great because if your previous dentist used it they should be able to get those records.

Furthermore, Dr Dallas spent over an hour just educating me on a variety of subjects. He knew more and was willing to talk more about subjects than my previous dentist. He helped coach me to psychologically build up my habits so that, from a behavioral perspective, I can improve dental habits.

Moreover, he will walk you thru and explain everything every step of the way. He will break down something if it’s past your knowledge level. I can tell he really wants to try to do his best to help his patients instead of just doing their work and saying to come back in 6 months. If you are motivated to learn, he’s motivated to teach.

For the reason above, I think this dentist would be someone’s best bet if they are nervous about going to the dentist.

Two poor experiences. Crown that lasted 1 year and caused a lot of pain because it was fitted improperly. It was carried out by an employee who was not a dentist (hygienist or tech). Followed up by implants that were unnecessary, no explanation prior to work. One of these implants fell out a year later.

Thanks to the dental team I am able to feel confident in my dental work and a big help from Honorah at the front thoroughly explaining fees and what to expect next. Highly recommend!

Have had a great experience here. The office manager Honorah, has been very easy to work with, quick to respond and helpful with scheduling at other offices when this one was temporarily closed. I also had a reversal to my card and she was communicative about the whole situation while waiting for it. My girlfriend and I both come here and have had great experiences with regular dentistry and the periodontist they have.

I hate the dentist, but I love this place. The team is so knowledgeable and kind. They make you feel really safe and everything is transparent from your treatment plan to pricing. It’s a lovely place. Definitely recommend!

If I could leave a zero star I would. My entire family has been with this practice for 19 years. Today my family had a true emergency and I forgot my appointment. I could not give the office 24 hours notice due to me not knowing about the emergency 24 hours ago. They asked if I was coming and I said I couldn't make it due to emergency. They responded with this: "Im sorry but I do have to apply a $50 no show fee to you account. Please call when you are ready to reschedule." When I detailed the emergency they still responded with: "We can't continue to allow that to happen as we have many patients on a waiting list to come in. As you well know, no notification to cancel means I can't fill that slot." Clearly family and patient well being is less important then filling an appointment slot for a routine dental cleaning. There are plenty of options in the area. I am a healthcare professional and appalled!
