Dr. Kim was professional and caring. Staff was attentive and answered all my questions. I was a nervous wreck and so anxious from previous dentists. Dr Kim assured me he would take good care of me and he stuck by his word. The staff also helped in an unusual situation and followed through till my needs were met and I was so glad to see an office really care for me. Turned out great.

I started this journey two years ago when I walked in Comfort Dental with the most horrible dead awful teeth !!! My son was taking us to Hawaii and I wanted my smile back they pulled all my top teeth and made me some temporary dentures that looked really beautiful and then two years went by and we went to Mexico and they finish my permanent dentures and in eight weeks we’re going back to Mexico and they fix my bottom teeth today my son Ken Paid for all that the insurance did not cover and he loves to see my beautiful smile that I lost many years ago I’m very very grateful to Dr. James Parfitt and Rachel I am almost 70 years old and they made me feel happy to show my smile again they are a great wonderful team and I would recommend them to anyone extremely patient and kind thank you both Great great job Eva Castaneda!!!

I hadn't been to a dentist in a long time, and thanks to my new Medicaid, I recently learned that I needed multiple fillings. I was nervous, but I'm so glad that I ended up coming here. The dentist was excellent and really took his time to explain what he would be doing and why, and he continued to check in with me throughout my visits. I left with the sense that this doctor truly knows his craft, and takes pride in treating each patient with respect and compassion. I had one negative experience with an assistant (out of many positive interactions with others) and requested not to work with that person again. This request was honored with no problem. Overall I'm very pleased with my experience here.

I would like to start by saying I suffer from generalized anxiety. Needless to say going to the hospital, the doctors office or the dentist is not easy for me, (White Coat Syndrome) on top of the anxiety. I had been having major pain on the right side of my face near the temple, the ear, the jaw, the cheek and the teeth. I went to the doctor and was treated for a sinus infection and ear infection, but when it cleared up I was still in severe pain. I started thinking the worst because this pain was horrendous and I couldn't eat or sleep. I was afraid to go back to my normal dentist because she was rude, pushy, rough and made too many mistakes.
By this time I was in so much pain and so sleep deprived I decided to try and find a new dentist. I called Comfort Dental and they were so sympathetic and understanding on the phone, and got me in within hours of calling. When we arrived the front desk girl and the staff in general were very accommodating and pleasant. I saw Doctor Jim immediately and he found the problem right off. I would either need a root canal or a tooth extraction. I decided on the root canal with a specialist at a different location.
Unfortunately, I was unable to sleep that night due to the terrible pain so I called Comfort Dental back that morning and got an appointment within the hour for the extraction. Let me stress- I was going on very little sleep within the pass few days, and in major pain so my anxity was through the roof. Once again the staff was very welcoming and I was taken back immediately. Doctor Jim- he is one of those types of people that you instantly feel comfortable around. His bed side manner is very caring and empathetic and his voice is calming. He made sure I was relaxed and comfortable and the whole process went by quickly and with a precise and gentle approach. . Even my husband was thoroughly impressed with him.
After this experience both my husband and I have decided to make this Comfort Dental our regular dentist. I honestly couldn't be more happy or grateful to this place.

I usually have a hard time going to the dentist but after watching Rachel and Dr. Kim take care of him they really put my mind at ease So I am comfortable enough to start back on my own treatment. Dr.Kim is amazing. I had to get two wisdom teeth pulled. He explained everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable. He had me out of the building in under an hour. I had no pain during the procedure. Dr.Kim and the staff were all very friendly. They've got a customer for life. 👍

This is not my regular dental office but it will be going forward! I was in an unbearable amount of pain and needed to have a tooth extracted. I called my dental office only for them to tell me they could not get me in for over a week, Dr. Kim was able to get me in with in 24hrs. I have horrible anxiety and fear about going to the dentist, he was able to recognize this and was unbelievably kind. He explained exactly what he was going to do and waited until I was comfortable. Before I knew it I was done! I have NEVER had an appointment go so smooth and pain free! I would recommend Dr. Kim to everyone!
