This was my first time at Comfort Dental at Writers Square. The front desk personnel were great and really helpful. Unfortunately I can’t remember her name but the hygienist was awesome kind and gentle. Dr Liu was great he went over my X-rays and did the cleaning everything checked out great. He was totally professional and super nice. Most of all he didn’t try to tell me that I need a bunch of things done for which I really appreciate. I definitely will be returning. I also would highly recommend them. Just a really nice experience overall.

Dr. Hughes is really good!! I have had some bad experiences in the past with tooth extractions with other dentists but Dr. Hughes numbed me up and had both teeth out in no time flat! I would highly recommend him at Comfort Dental.

They are so thorough and amazing. I had my new baby the first couple visits and the receptionist watched him so I could be seen. I had some adjustments that needed to be done and they worked diligently until it was all resolved. I had a new partial made and it is beautiful. ALL the staff are highly skilled and kind. I have already begun to recommend them to others.

Downright shameful how this location conducts itself.
I was charged $25 to get my x-rays emailed to me. I felt the charge was outrageous since they admitted that they don't even keep physical copies anymore and it's all digital. $25 to have someone drag and drop them into an email.
Worse still, I was told I still had an outstanding balance which I knew I had paid. I spent an hour of my time combing through my bank statements to prove I had made said payment. I was told the $25 fee couldn't be waived by them. Ludicrous they could easily attempt to charge me an additional $140 because of system errors.
However, the worst issue of all was the method in which they emailed my x-rays. The email had no sort of 3rd party encryption protection which is an egregious violation of HIPAA requirements. When I brought the matter up to the office manager, she stated "it's never been an issue before," showing a clear lack of knowledge of basic HIPAA requirements.
Needless to say, I recommend going anywhere but this location for any dental needs and I will surely be filing a HIPAA complaint.

Worst experience I've ever had.. Mr. Wouldn't even call him a docharged me a $100 for a 10 minute procedure. Complete and utter Rip off. One positive nothe office staff was fantastic.
