On a Friday evening I broke a tooth, on Monday morning I called Dr. Lacey‘s office and they got me an appointment for Tuesday morning at 8:30 AM. By Tuesday at 10:30 AM my new crown was in my mouth and any discomfort I had was gone. The office was amazing in scheduling and getting me in so fast and Dr. Lacey as always is quite the professional and is always available with multiple solutions for the patient to decide which type of service pets suits their needs. I highly recommend Dr. Lacy to anybody who has a poor Dentist or is looking for a dentist he is awesome

Overall I had quite a negative experience with Dr. Lacey’s office. I chose to do Invisalign treatment with them. At my initial appointment I was given trays that had space for attachments and when I asked about this they said it wasn’t necessary to do right away, it took another month before the attachments were placed. At a follow up appointment I was told my teeth weren’t quite tracking and I would need additional trays, I have to think this is because I didn’t have the attachments placed right away because I was diligent about wearing my trays. However at my final visit they said it was all fine and my teeth looked fine. They removed the attachments but missed a lot of the glue. I had to schedule another appointment to get this glue removed, for this appointment I waited 40 minutes before I was seen. My teeth are still not perfectly straight after all this and a significant investment . I’m disappointed with my experience and would not recommend others chose treatment here.
