When Dr Lacey first took over the practice he was slated to do a bunch of work the previous dentist had scheduled. After doing his own assessment he said "Its a difference of opinion but I don't recommend you having me do these side fillings that are a result of receeding gums. They are hard to do well, and cover up things so I won't be able to see if bad things are happeing. Sometimes in Dentistry less is more." I was floored. He'd just talked himself out of a lot of $$$$ but earned my trust that he's in it for my health and best care first! This was several years ago!
My daughter had her first visit w them this past fall and I so appreciated their patience, kindness and care to make her first appointment a positive one. They explained everything well before doing it and answered ALL her questions.
Yesterday sealed it as I had to bring my 5 year w me. My hygienists, Kerrie went out of her way to get my daughter stickers and paper. And managed to wrangle both of us through out the appt. She is very gentle and skilled when flossing my teeth (I have tight teeth and used to dread getting my teeth cleaned as I would leave w bleeding gums. Even had other hygienists say it was a sign of how much more i needed to floss...after I'd asked them to be more careful.)

Misquoted what insurance would cover. Ended up paying significantly more out of pocket than expected. Would not have elected to have procedure if I had known the out of pocket cost. Otherwise the service was great.
