I have been trying to cancel my Gold Plan with you folks for almost a month.
No one answers emails and the phone number you directed me to call is nothing more than a series of answering machine. Never hear back when I leave a message.

Hours are advertised as being until 7:30pm. Tried to go in at 6:20pm to pay for another year of their "gold plan," but the doors were locked. Called and the receptionist was very rude and short with me. Will never go back.
Then they reply to my review stating that the doors were unlocked so as to say I am lying, wow.
